The last four visits to this Starbucks have been incredibly disappointing, the coffee is so horrible tasting, after the second time I said I wouldn’t go to it again, well apparently the forth time is my charm. I won’t waste my money there again!

Tell me why Starbucks posted this Starbucks announced that starting November 7, 2024, it would no longer charge extra for non-dairy milk options like soy, oat, almond, and coconut milk in company-operated stores across the U.S. and Canada. This change was introduced alongside the holiday menu launch and was part of Starbucks’ broader commitment to enhancing customer experience. The company stated that nearly half of its U.S. customers customize their drinks with non-dairy milk, making this one of the most requested changes. This policy aligns with previous similar moves in European markets. So why is it only on the weekends you have an employee refusing to give us a decent amount of almond milk. I’m not asking for the entire thing I just want my coffee to taste good is all.

This use to be the best store around and now cannot get my drink right. I ask for sugar free vanilla for my latte and do not get it and I even complained to the supvr,they cannot get ice in my drinks. I give up !! I found a better store and they get it right every time. Gone is the pride this store use to have and the willingness to do a good job...

This place helped me figure out my perfect drink! they were super nice! My drink is amazing! My only complaint is it's dirty. I even found a bug trapped in my drink. 🤮
