Its really nice in here, they never get my coffee wrong!!!
I got used to paying 5$ for a .50cent coffee in a 4.5$ cup. time to stop that.
I customize my drinks, we drink this often. Never had a problem with the taste being wrong in other places, only this place has had several times where it tasted wrong, not according to the recipe I ordered. Very disappointed. Two cups were thrown away without drinking them at all, because it was really difficult to drink because I had to do it. One was too sweet and the other had no tea or hazelnut flavor. You can tell that the two cups are made exactly the same but the color is different, not to mention the taste is far different, not the taste I have had before in other places. I used to just dispose of it without going back to look for it, but today I couldn't stand it anymore, so I went back to the store to ask for a redo, but they said they didn't have any black tea. I asked for a refund, and the clerk I met today was pretty good and refunded me this time. I hope to train the staff to make the taste right. I can understand a little difference, but this obvious production error should not delay my time.
I placed a mobile order for pickup and stopped by to grab it. I drive an oversized vehicle that cannot fit through the drive-thru, so I approached the drive-thru window on foot—something I’ve done at other Starbucks locations without issue.
However, at this location, one of the employees (pictured) yelled at me to go through the drive-thru. I calmly explained that I couldn’t because of the size of my vehicle, and simply asked for my prepaid order. She refused to give me my drink and slammed the drive-thru window shut right in front of me.
Eventually, another employee from the back came out and handed me the drink. This kind of treatment is really disappointing—especially for someone who just wanted to pick up their order and leave.
Not everyone can fit through a drive-thru, and there needs to be some basic level of courtesy and understanding for that. I hope management reviews this and takes steps to improve how situations like this are handled.
Came to Starbucks this is the first time that I get someone a little snooty. I received the wrong drink so we went back and was told that what I had order was wrong lol so they gave me the Original drink I wanted but they seems upset and when I tried the drink tasted nasty. Seemed like the cup had milk in it and it’s gross. It was suppose to be an dragonfruit lemonade and this is gross seems like they put milk in it I tossed it probably won’t go back.
A bunch of people succesfully doing their jobs. Too bad some people have to wait 0.001 seconds but it be like that sometimes.
I have a great experience everytime I come to this location, everyone is super friendly and attentave, I have alot of respect for this store in particular for having so much patience with other customers, hoping to spread awareness with this review so that the awesome employees get the patience and respect they deserve, much love!!

missing half of the order, lemon loaf and nut bread loaf were not included, and no Carmel in a Carmel macchiato, the drink was just made poorly. Had the same drink 1,000 times, never had it taste like this. Normally this location is pretty solid but not today.

The last four visits to this Starbucks have been incredibly disappointing, the coffee is so horrible tasting, after the second time I said I wouldn’t go to it again, well apparently the forth time is my charm. I won’t waste my money there again!
