I LOVE this Starbucks ! They have the most friendly staff ever. I prefer more warm milk than coffee so I get a latte w/o foam which some other stores argue isn’t possible - not this store, they either make it right the first time or fix it for me without telling me I’m a pain (which I know I am). They also keep their staff - they don’t appear to churn through employees so it’s usually the same friendly staff each time I go in. It’s like going to Cheers - where everyone knows your name. I actually tip here - they are worth it!!!

I ordered a latte. I didn’t order the best latte I’ve ever had! It made me so angry. Angry that other coffee shops don’t quite deliver like this one. I will not be going back.. unless I want an incredibly pleasant experience.
Two of our four drinks weren't made correctly; first mocha chip frappe was missing extra java chips and an extra shot, the second was missing the cookie crunch as well as java chips; everything tasted watered down. Our other two drinks were fine; I guess a new barista?

Zero regard for walk in customers. Online orders come first, and the employees make sure you know it!They handed me 1/2 my order (plain cold brew) then said they couldn’t get my croissant until “all the mobile orders, that just came in, are done.”Only after I said “forget it,” did they begrudgingly hand me the (cold) croissant.It never ceases to amaze me how awful this company is!
