This is our favorite location in the area! We go here to work and get out of our home office and the staff always remembers our names and orders. They could not be sweeter! If I am having a really hard day coming to this location always makes such a difference!

This is my favorite Starbucks in the area. Everyone is so nice, everyone is so happy and chatty every time we come in. They take the time to make sure you’re having a good day, they remember your orders, they go the extra mile and remember conversations you had the week before. They’ve even drawn my portraits on my cups! 12/10 because they’re just that good

I received a corporate survey today for this Starbucks branch so I figured I might as well write a google review too...
This is my favorite Starbucks to visit - and it is ALL due to the people working here. I have been a semi-regular customer for a number of years but there are a few staff members (Shellie and Michael in particular) who remember me by name which is a personal level of service/connection that makes me feel like this is my neighborhood coffee shop (and humanizes Starbucks' image as a huge corporate entity). That level of greeting and engagement also goes far beyond a hand-written message on the coffee cup. Every time I visit this branch, I am always impressed by how many customers their staff members/partners know by name and how enthusiastically and authentically they serve. My loyalty to this branch is so strong that I will actually go out of my way to order from here. Keep up the great work team!

So I just walked in to ask if they would let me use their water fountain. They don't have a water fountain, but they said that they could get me a cup of water. When I asked how much they charge for that, the guy responded that i didn't owe money, I owe him my life, and we all laughed. I didn't get a drink here (unless you count the free water cup), but the folks working here were so funny and served me with a smile, so since I owe my life now, well....the least I could do was give them a good review. Thanks guys!! LOL

I LOVE this Starbucks ! They have the most friendly staff ever. I prefer more warm milk than coffee so I get a latte w/o foam which some other stores argue isn’t possible - not this store, they either make it right the first time or fix it for me without telling me I’m a pain (which I know I am). They also keep their staff - they don’t appear to churn through employees so it’s usually the same friendly staff each time I go in. It’s like going to Cheers - where everyone knows your name. I actually tip here - they are worth it!!!
