Rush is the kindest person. I didn't want to say what she helped me with because that might open a flood gate of crazy which is the last thing I want to happen. I made an unusual request and she was happy to oblige and then she went above and beyond to fulfill my needs. I could feel the smile on her face when she answered the phone and I'm sure it'll be as big and kind as it sounds once I get there. Thank you, Rush. I previously worked at Starbucks for 14 years so believe me when I say thank you for being you!!
Update: it was 😁
Kind staff at drive through.
Wish it wasn't 7.20 for a latte but hey, that's the way the cookie crumbles these days.
Common area needs more attention for cleanness
I recently started making this my home location as it's equal distance from my house and my usual spot is undergoing some changes. I typical give credit where it's due and don't like to share negatives on here, however I hope my words are taken as a way for the location to improve and although they have failed me to the point today will be my visit they can can serve others to come in the right way. For context I have been to this location 9 times in the last 2 weeks and always at the same time. I get the same order every visit. They offten forget my food and all but once have I had to politly ask and the are quick to apologize and make it, but this has become constant. It's mainly frustrating because there are typically a few employees standing around looking lost unlike the store I have been going to for years where productivity is next level. This store is well staffed I have never seen so many employees in a Starbucks at once. My only other citisim is the fact they don't recognize there regulars. 9 visits I think is enough to be recognized? The same person takes my order and I say hi each morning yet I have never had a welcome back or thanks for coming in.... I also had an employee sweap under and around the table I was sitting at and this more a person ick, but dont use cleaning chemicals or sweap germs around someone eating especially when my typical morning stay is only 20 minutes, I don't feel that is over staying my welcome especially with my gratitudes on each order. I do wish this location the best in days to come. I am bummed its not a good fit for me but there are plenty of SB in this great city so I will find my spot soon!
Don’t order the lavender matcha here—unfortunately, they don’t make it well. I had to throw mine away. I also ordered a venti, but half of it was just foam, which made the experience even more disappointing :(
I paid twice for match a with extra lavender. I gave them the one I didn't like because it wasn't sweet at all and they only added the sweetener and it was terrible. They charged me twice
they always have negative vibes and are unwelcoming 95% of the time. i dread having to come here.
We went through the drive through just before closing on Saturday night. The staff was super friendly and helpful despite our last minute order. They were funny too...
Thanks for the great service!

Unfortunately they were out of one of their new items (it was later in the afternoon so to be expected ) and so I just ordered something different, no big deal. The order took around 10 minutes but when the food came, someone (who I think is to be the manager) came and gave me a Starbucks card as an apology for the wait and the inconvenience of the new item being out of stock. Completely unnecessary but a very kind gesture.

If you’re having a shitty day and you want to make it even shittier, come to this Starbucks. The girl who took my order in the DRIVE THROUGH asked me for my name and this felt very inappropriate and invasive. I understand if people were to go inside and order, but names are NOT needed for a drive through. I let it go, but I can’t imagine how someone who comes from a culturally diverse background would feel. Names in some cultures can be private and even sensitive. And when being put on the spot and given no other choice it feels very non-inclusive. This starbucks does not represent the third place I have come to know and love.

Vegetarian options: Eggs, vegetable, tasty, a satisfying to me. Pesto, similar to impossible meat, actually might be. Again tasty.

There's a person named Rush here who works the drive thru and always opens with "Hi I'm Rush what's your name?" and I hate it. I think it's invasive and presumptuous and weird and terrible and it makes me never want to come back. Stop.
