Dying of thirst I walk in here and I asked the barista to ring up two large waters.
At McDonald's I do this all the time especially during the summers and they happily charge me $.50 for a very large cup of clean cold ice water.
The barista stops and tells me that it's against Corporate policy to sell water.
I see no point in supporting this mediocre coffee company.

I just picked up a sandwich that was still very cold! And I ordered an eggnog chai and I cannot taste the chai at all. It literally just taste like straight up eggnog, They were not that busy and I ordered ahead of time and got there shortly after I had ordered so I don’t understand why my food was cold and my drink was too sweet to enjoy.

Since I came to the U.S. three years ago, I have visited many Starbucks locations. However, none of them feels like home as much as this one. Both the employees and the atmosphere here are so friendly. Their smiles give me energy even in my darkest times.

Says it's supposed to be open 12.25.24 starbucks app currently accepting mobile orders for location.. placed order and drove to the location to find it is not open.. customer service closed for the day no way to apply for refund via Starbucks app.
