The coffee is lousy but the service is excellent. Best Starbucks that I know of, they can't help it the beans are burnt.

We have complained multiple times over the last 6 weeks about the drive thru and the bushes that are scratching the vehicles. Complained today and the drive thru attendant was extremely rude and defensive. We will not be back. Fix your drivethru...horrible way to treat loyal customers.

I get it this isn't exactly the Starbucks you actually want to go to, but it's open early and open later than the others.

I still prefer the one on 15th at whole foods and of course the one at the airport which is godspeed good 😊 , GREAT ATMOSPHERE & WORTH THE TRIP!

You also get better service during the evenings at this location at MLK Vs. mornings.

This is also the first time that I had somebody's fingerprints literally in my eggs and I wish I was joking but I'm not 😂

I even tried going back a second time to see if they would still give me used napkins and yep sure did👍

I know the economy is bad but could I at least get some brand new napkins, you know ... like they're flat not all scrunched up and probably used.

I mean last time I checked part of the reason why you go out is to go and get a good experience in nice presentation of what you're giving and this literally did not meet that Mark.
If that's the case I can just microwave something.

It's a little bit weird but when I tipped him with cash he seemed kind of confused 🤔

I guess that doesn't happen here very often, and I understand why.

They do offer delivery and I highly recommend you take advantage of that.
And I'm not sure if the motorhome is a permanent fixture in the parking lot but yeah you know...

Now I just want to be clear the drinks that they make are excellent and I've never had one problem with it.
But unless you spent a lot of time in San Francisco, it will fall well under your standards we are so used to in the Pacific Northwest.

Also be careful when you actually go into the facility with your car because there's a huge pothole entering the place. TESLA & LOW-PROFILE RIMS OWNERS BEWARE!

No matter where you're from, they treat you nicely. I always go to Starbucks when I'm traveling from Texas.

I never go to Starbucks but my boss asked me to pick up an order. Multiple items were wrong and when I contacted Starbucks they wouldn’t refund my credit card only give me Starbucks credit which is useless as I will never be back to this Starbucks.

I tried to order two different things on the menu at this location. No pecan no peppermint! The sale girl stated they were out.. So I ordered 2 mocha Grande with oat milk No whip cream. She passed me both of the cups with no sleeves on it, and the cups were hot. I asked, for sleeves. she stated they were out of sleeves too. Then when I got my coffee the cups were half full and I haven’t even took a slip out of my coffee. Very disappointing

The store was OK. The staff seemed to give a lot of grace to the most likely unhouse patrons loitering in the store. There is limited seating with electrical access, a tight space for four to sit.
This is not a Starbucks to enjoy a working coffee. It is best for a quick stop or drive through.
The staff was very friendly.

Parking: There appeared to be an abandoned vehicle in the parking lot that was filled up like a storage container, including the drivers seat and dashboard. This made the parking lot less appealing and used up valuable customer parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: The interior through ways are tight, there is limited wheelchair seating. The disability parking space is next to an active parking lot driveway and across the parking lot some 30 feet from the building. It does not feel very safe from moving vehicle hazards.

Went in because I didn’t want to wait in the drive thru line, at least 5 cars filling the entire parking lot waiting at the drive thru. It took 15 mins to get my drink & food. They focused on the entire drive thru orders before the ppl in the lobby because by the time I left the entire drive thru line that had 10 cars in it was gone and the ppl that ordered after me in the drive thru got their orders before mine. Another customer waited 10 mins while they had her drink ready in the back but no one bothered to bring it up and say their name. And they didn’t even bother filling up my cup of frappe all the way & didn’t even put whip cream on my almost $7 frappe. Um hello?

I’m having a hard few days and this morning when I went through for my morning chai, my chai and coffee had little smiley faces drawn on them. I drove away with tears in my eyes. Such a small act of kindness was incredibly helpful this morning.
I often go to this location and enjoy all the staff there. Thank you for that this morning. I didn’t know I needed it and I never expect it from a Starbucks. That was such a small coffee shop move and I love you for it.
