The staff is always great. It's my favorite place to go for an egg nog latte during the holidays when I was working at the Lloyd Tower.

Hanna acted abhorrently today. I watched her yell at someone who had purchased a drink and was asking for extra whipped cream. First, she rudely and curtly told them "no", then when the customer went to ask someone else (like i would if i were treated that way) she literally yelled across the shop at the. When I stated to her that her rude behavior had lost my business she scoffed and said "that's fine~" and tossed her head in the air to show that my patronage wasn't important.

Good beverages as always, but it was service with a bad attitude today. I visited with a friend with minor disabilities, and the young guy taking the order displayed no patience with her and was very dismissive of her. Terrible and disappointing.

Quick fresh coffee. Starbuck's is a little strong, but once you get used to it, it's delicious. I like black Americano. Good snacks too, but definitely not a budget place to buy them

Their Strawberry Frappe is delicious. Non caffeinated. Their food is spendy and not that great.

Couldn't purchase my drinks because they only accept certain types of currency; not 50s or 100s, and all I had with me from my tip out at work was a $50. Really d**** Not even a company policy, verified by a family member who is gm elsewhere in Portland. I'm at the mall 3x a week for my daughters ice skating and now we'll be going elsewhere for drinks .
Had a great connection with one of the baristas, Hannah. She made me feel right at home in Canada. Didnt order a drink, but as a fellow partner, it looked like they knew their stuff. Good 'Bux ðŸ‘

A mall-based Starbucks with reliably good coffee and snacks, but no seating. There are some public tables down the hall in the mall, but no comfy chairs. Great staff!
