if i could give this zero stars i would. the manager is horrible and julia doesnt know how to make drinks or do anything right. this establishment is a joke. i asked for a simple latte and they gave me the complete wrong order. absolutely disgusted. ???

Manager is very very rude, she refused to grind starbuck bean coffee that I brought in as it was an unopened gift, unless you have to purchase from that kiosk. I don't know how she got that job since she can't even know how to tone her voice down when talking to customer. It was an unpleasant experience that I never had before.

We waited in line for ten minutes and left without ordering. It was a busy Saturday and there was only one person working. There was still one person in front of us who had yet to order. There were three people still waiting for their drinks.
I ordered a couple iced americanos and the baristas gave me two warm ones, I politely asked to have them iced and they gave me attitude. The iced americanos I got were pretty much just ice and water with a hint of muddy coffee and cream with crumbs. I’ve never seen such careless customer service.
