The worst starbucks i have ever been too. I gave them my name and they completely butchered it which is normal but they were like wayyyy off. That's not that big of a deal. The crazy thing is there were a bunch of customers and 3 workers but for some reason two of them are just watching the other one work the whole time. This person didn't know what they were doing and completely botched my drink it was truly incredible how incompetent they were.

Multiple times I've been to this store and the woman with straight blonde hair could use some work on her customer service. I think she may even be a supervisor. She does not look up and acknowledge the customers when putting their drinks on the bar. When she does call out the drink, it's barely audible, a Mumble and again does not acknowledge the customer. Would highly suggest she have some customer service training!

We order 4 drinks a mocha, Carmel Mac, 2 strawberry and cream for my kids. All drinks honestly were horrible. The mocha tastes like it had bbq sauce. The Carmel Mac tasted like milk and coffee no color no flavor, my kids didn't even like the strawberries and cream. It was sour. I paid 31.00 expensive I will never go here again.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. Sorry but being honest.

It seems like no matter how many times I stop by this location to give it another chance, it disappoints. They get the drinks wrong pretty often, the drink does not taste like it does at other locations. I get a sweet cream vanilla cold brew and I don't think they are making the sweet cream right. I also think that they are using possibly old sweet cream as this last time I got my drink it was a bit clumpy at the top and was sticking to the straw and lid. Drink tasted slightly off when I was drinking it. I utilize mobile order so that I don't have to wait for the drink and so that they have time to make it, but that doesn't seem to help the process at this location and sometimes it is not ready when I make it in, plus the drink will not be right. I'm going to have to stop going to this location because they continue to disappoint.

Came In with a gift card and they didn't tell me that I had to give it to them instead of scanning it walked away after about 1 minute of me trying to scan it, then another cashier had to come in and complete the transaction also did not have any thing other than cake pops very bad stock and service will not be coming back.
Seems like they're closed most of the time with people standing around inside and signs posted sorry for the inconvenience but they're closed. Called today to see if they were by any chance open and they were but closing early at 4:00. Placed a mobile order got there at 3:10 and they apologized for the inconvenience with another sign it sawing we had to close at 3:00! Do not go to the Starbucks! They are closed more than they're open and rude besides.

It's a Starbucks attached to a Fred, it is what it is. If you need the bathroom, though, it's for staff only, so you gotta go inside Fred. They also don't accept point payments.
