Multiple times I've been to this store and the woman with straight blonde hair could use some work on her customer service. I think she may even be a supervisor. She does not look up and acknowledge the customers when putting their drinks on the bar. When she does call out the drink, it's barely audible, a Mumble and again does not acknowledge the customer. Would highly suggest she have some customer service training!
It's a Starbucks attached to a Fred, it is what it is. If you need the bathroom, though, it's for staff only, so you gotta go inside Fred. They also don't accept point payments.
The other day I went to this Starbucks location to get my self and my sister something to drink/eat. Before I even finished saying my first item of the order the lady who was taking my order groans right in front of me and her coworkers which was very disrespectful and unprofessional. Although my order was fully made and completed in a timely manner I could not fully enjoy it. I’ve interacted with this particular employee before and even other acquaintances have mentioned about...
