Bald dude with the eyebrows throwing out a perfectly good venti drink after doing my remake is actually wiiiiilldddd, especially considering the location. I don't drink hot lattes but I would have loved to offer a fresh warm drink to someone cold on the streets of downtown. I seriously cannot fathom inappropriate waste of a $7 drink in the name of bootlicking. Shame on you.

This by far is the coolest location I've been into. Just seeing the woodwork to me is beautiful. Great service. Wasn't full when I was there. Nice location and plenty of room to sit and enjoy yourself.

Unbelievable- It took me twenty minutes to get an iced tea in a totally slow shop. Rather than helping waiting customers, the staff prioritized puttering in and out of the store room and fumbling through online orders while ignoring actual humans. I was completely blown away by the incompetence of the staff on the afternoon of Monday, July 8th.

I went there today (4/17/24 around 4pm) and there was only one person working, but she was awesome! While doing everything by herself, she still managed to greet people as they entered and wish people a good day when they left. She has excellent customer service skills and represents the company well!
This is by far the worst Starbucks in existence. The employees are rude, they ignore you, they skip your order or give you cold sandwiches and they do not care one bit.Ive lived next to it the last 3 years In my opinion this Starbucks should be shut down. Today will be the last time I try to give them a chance.The only reason I'm not giving one star is because there is one employee (only one out of 3 years) named Jane that kind, quick and respectful. I honestly wish you had 10 of them or they worked everyday. Everyone else hired has basically been someone more worried bout their Insta then the customer standing right in front of them.

Went in one day and got an iced drink 3/4 of the way full. Went in the next day and asked if that was normal to which the counter person said “no”, but then I got another iced drink that was 3/4 of the way full. I’m not buying from here anymore.
