I went there today (4/17/24 around 4pm) and there was only one person working, but she was awesome! While doing everything by herself, she still managed to greet people as they entered and wish people a good day when they left. She has excellent customer service skills and represents the company well!

This is by far the worst Starbucks in existence. The employees are rude, they ignore you, they skip your order or give you cold sandwiches and they do not care one bit.Ive lived next to it the last 3 years In my opinion this Starbucks should be shut down. Today will be the last time I try to give them a chance.The only reason I'm not giving one star is because there is one employee (only one out of 3 years) named Jane that kind, quick and respectful. I honestly wish you had 10 of them or they worked everyday. Everyone else hired has basically been someone more worried bout their Insta then the customer standing right in front of them.

I go to this starbucks almost every day and every single time, the workers greet me and have amazing customer service. I've never had a problem with any of the workers and almost never have had an issue with my order. Some of the staff are so kind that they offer me free food when it doesn't sell at the end of the day and are overall just the kindest people. I always feel welcomed and they get the orders out quite quickly even when they're busy. I 100% recommend this starbucks and I'm happy to say that I'm a regular here.

Love all starbuckses!! Price is a little outrages but online order, drive through, pick up, in store, delivery. Starbucks has it all!Parking: a few spots, usually they have street parking and parking lots both for free and then a special parking spot or 2 for pickup orders that take 10 minutes or less.Kid-friendliness: As long as your kids arent a hassle bring them here! Hot cocoas and steamers are a score and they even have a less hot version so you dont have to burn your tongue

Nice atmosphere, room to work. The tatooed short haired guy there needs a raise or combat pay or plaque on the wall for how he dealt with a sceaming drugged out lunatic who came in. He ushered him out without incident, calmly, me thinking somethings gonna get broke or the cops are coming.

We have stopped into this Starbucks location a few times in the past month. We enjoy spending time on 23rd Avenue, Portland and this store is located before you head onto the main strip, right next door to Zupans Grocery Store (same parking lot). I would also mention that most times we have visited, we have not had to much off a challenge finding parking. The store, each visit, has been clean and welcoming. The staff. They are great. Each time we have visited I have found them to be exceptional. Why? They always great you when you walk in. If they are chit chatting with one another, they stop to ensure you are acknowledged and greeted kindly. We have on many occasions asked about new products and they stop to ensure they describe the drink, what their thoughts on it are and are typically right on point; I so appreciate this. If it is going to be sweet or tart, tell me. It helps me make a better choice! The time before last, they made a small shot glass size of what I was curious about ordering. That was so nice and I enjoyed the drink product and ordered a Venti. Today, we were curious about the Chocolate Cream Cold Brew. She described the Cream perfectly (chocolate with malt) and as my husband tried his drink, I don't think I have seen him so excited about a recent order from Starbucks. So much so, he asked if they could add any remaining chocolate cream to the drink. They proceeded to do so and then poured the remainder into a small disposable shot glass cup. The drinks have always been on point. This is now one of my more favorite Starbucks store and I anticipate I will seek it out over others due to all of the reasons above. Keep it up Associates. You are doing great and have made a on-going customer out of me and my husband.
