I bought a 4 shot beverage to try to stave off a nap. It didn't work, not their fault, but no one woke me up as I slept to the soothing sounds of Aimee Mann for 20 minutes. I call that a win.

This Starbucks location is spacious, making it a great place to sit, relax, and enjoy your coffee. Unlike some of the other locations where it's just buy and go, this location has nice chairs and tables that are ideal for getting work done.

It pains me to do this as I’ve already called corporate waiting for a return call. But wanted to say something here also. I’m a daily Starbucks drinker for over 10years and today I was made to feel like my coffee being made correctly was an inconvenience. I’m overly nice to people who work in customer service however just because you do doesn’t give you the right to say what you did. Marina the store manager “per her” said that maybe we should get coffee from another store. After she made my coffee incorrectly. She put far to much ice in there preventing her from putting the 3/4 heavy cream in the cup as I ordered today and every other day. She has nothing but excuses like I made your coffee the same way I’ve done it before and you said it was perfect. Yeah and if you check you’d see you put to much ice in there and not enough cream. With that being said I do have a certain way I want my coffee prepared and I’m extremely nice about everything but this was so out of line and a terrible representation of what Starbucks represents. I fully intend to update once I speak with the district manager and depending on how that goes will depend on if they get famous for this. Have the best day everyone and don’t order anything to hard and you should be good. But you would think 5 shots of espresso over ice with heavy cream on top is pretty simple! Maybe not? All phone calls are being recorded!

Not open till 8am or later on Sat Oregon coaster, in PDX with in-laws. Drive to get everyone coffee at 7:45 not open. Sign on door says 7am open. Employees pantomime thru door the time they open as they prep, don't come to door to explain the error. Service is terrible. I was waiting for my mobile order for like 20 mins…employees were busy so I stood waiting for my name to be called. After the rush died down they ask what I’m waiting for and they pull my cold drink from behind the counter. Why not have the drinks actually in the mobile pick up area and visible instead of making people wait 20 mins. Go somewhere else.

These baristas are so genuinely friendly and make me feel warm and fuzzy. They are kind, and do their job wonderfully. Give them a raise. This is my favorite Starbucks by far. Sometimes you just want to be treated nice, ya know, so much better that the alternative; baristas that treat me like I'm a disheveled rat, which happens more often than not. I love them : )

Even with my husband sharing my picture of the royal English breakfast tea latte they still managed to get it wrong by just giving me a hot cup of regular tea. They seemed to have missed the last word LATTE. Not hard to read and pay attention. And they were not busy. Yes I send my husband with my original order with what I always get. But this Starbucks failed this morning. Not a happy Camper.
