When you ask and pay for extra shots of espresso you do NOT get it. The barista’s keep it for themselves since they don’t get tips. This Starbucks is terrible!!!!! They do NOT make your order with honesty and integrity. They make your coffee order based on how they feel that day. Do NOT order here and if you do make sure they get your order correct.

Horrible service. Young adults more interested in texting and chatting about their lives then getting orders right. Screwed up my order. Then we appalled when I asked for it to be corrected when they had no other orders and no one in line. They totally forgot a second order. Rude. No integrity around their work, act entitled and self absorbed.

I came in at 10:15. There were people there but told me they were closed, they said they would open in 30 minutes. I went back at 11 and the girl said, she would open after going to the restroom. What a disappointment.

Bad customer service - Edit, just read other reviews and I can confirm that there is racism going on here so if your black, Hispanic, Asian or anything other than white, just don't be surprised if you have spit in your drink and your food is old

Wheelchair accessibility: Most locations are easily accessible even with a wide wheelchair, no steep ramps or tight corners. But there's better options for food and drinks.
