I ordered juice over ice. No mixing necessary. The cashier so confused by this, but eventually understood. Then he stood around and did nothing while the other worker made several hot drinks. After 10 minutes, my drink was still not made. I ask the worker to make it, and they start mixing it with water, just like I said NOT to do. I kept saying, please stop, just pour it over ice. Please don't add water, and she just kept doing it. I finally asked the cashier who KNEW I didn't want water mixed in to stop her. The cashier should have just taken 2 seconds to make the drink instead of passing it on to someone who did not take my order and clearly did not read the cup. Ever heard of efficiency?

Batista was so rude and I saw her spit in my drink complained to the store manager but I don't think it even mattered store manager smelled like booze don't think the people here care about being clean or washing their hands

Three young new employees I didn’t recognize at this location today and they acted like they weren’t even working: laughing loudly and goofing off on top of making my drink very incorrectly. The guy who took my order didn’t even check to see if my app was scanned so I was stuck there holding it for a full minute till he noticed I was still there. They tell me they’re out of whipped cream, I say fine, then I receive my frappe in the wrong kind of cup with the added strawberry flavor unblended just sitting at the top and none of the sprinkles they add. During this time, male employee removed his mask at some point and one of the girls was leaning on the counter laughing. Worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had and I won’t be going to this location again.

This is by the far one of the most disgusting coffees I've ever had. It was suppose to be an almond milk latte with Irish Cream extra sweet. There's no Irish Cream and it taste like straight black coffee. I usually don't get Starbucks and this is why, but it was convenient, my mistake.
It is in the Woodstock Store, always friendly and couteous.

Through out COVID 19 the Woodstock Safeway has had plenty of produce, meat, dairy and bakery. Unfortunately, at least a third of the employees don't wear their masks correctly. (Really, what's the point if you don't cover your nose?)
