A barista rudely told me “we are not” supposed to wash out the cup when I presented mine then rudely reminded me to take my lid. then when I got my order it was the wrong size for the drink I ordered for my wifeI recognized the fellow because a couple of weeks ago he rudely told me “I already told you we don’t have your card” when I evidently made the mistake of asking on more than one time if they found my wife’s Starbucks card which I believe I had left at Skyline. There was a few days after I had first asked he chastised for asking againWhile waiting I saw him giving orders to other serversHe perhaps is a supervisor

It's just so expensive...over $6 for a venti frap. I can't afford it often, but have a gift card from Christmas. I love the lemon loaf and banana bread. Ask them to warm it up with butter. MmmParking: It's a super tiny lot, so beware and don't park at the building next door or they'll tow!

Love how this location closes at 7pm! Stayed there for about 4 hours to work on stuff, it was pretty quiet and wasn’t a distracting environment. The 2 men that were working were very nice as well!

This is the closest coffee shop to me and even though I love local coffee shops more than a chain , the proximity is what brings me here often . Very good location and quite spacious . They also have a nice patio on the side which I love . There isn't a whole lot of seating indoor even though they clearly have the space for it . Staff is alright , I wouldn't say they are very friendly but they are polite and fast which works for me . Parking is limited but there are designated spots for customers .

this location is filthy and overrun by fruit flies. extremely understaffed and rude help. the person who was helping me (alex) scoffed when i asked for a suggested new drink and then he just sat there on his phone instead of making the drink he called someone from the back to do it instead. awful service, i will not be going back to this location.

The people who work there are just rude. Like I went in today for breakfast, and I try to like have a conversation with the gentleman who works there and he just completely just ignored the conversation I guess.I worked in customer service for a very long time and even if you’re having a bad day, got a slap on a smile. Then he got mad at me because I was waiting for 10 minutes for a sandwich that I bought and he got frustrated with me because he kept bringing other peoples orders to the counters but forgot mine and to make clear I was the first person in line and ten people were behind me. And in the middle of me, talking, he stepped aside to talk to one of his regulars, and he was livelihoods bubbly. He was excited to see them, and then comes back to me, and completely ignores My presence. I normally don’t write reviews for customer service workers because I know how hard it is but I consistently gone to the Starbucks and gone every single time rude workers.

The ppl working at this Starbucks need to be well trained to make good coffee especially all the youngsters the coffee isn’t always correct or made good and shots r pulled poorly and 6+ dollar coffee tastes like 7 eleven coffeePoor training leads to poor quality coffee at this location
