Over the last year or so, they have struggled to have reliable staff and manage this store well. I don't go too often, but the handful of times I have **tried** to go to this location, often they are either understaffed or suddenly not open, during posted business hours. I went today 11/16 a Thursday at 7:15 and they were still completely closed, no note on the door etc. It's too bad as it's normally been a great busy location. Can management take a look?

There were only 2 other people in the store; and 3 workers, two read heads talked the entire time while slowly making my drink, and I sat there for a few minutes as they chatted before even looking at me to take my order. No “sorry for the wait” or “thank you for your patience”. I understand that when it’s slow it feels like there is not much to do, but if the amount of workers is equal to the amount of customers in store, the service should be MUCH better than what was presented

I’ve ordered from here several times and have a hit or miss experience. The coffee is one of the better ones. Employees are super friendly. However, almost everytime I order from the app they consistently forget something. For example, today I ordered an iced mocha that comes with whip, and I paid extra for drizzle. Got my drink & it didn’t come with whip or drizzle. Not a huge deal, I just pay extra for these items and they consistently are missing… which eventually adds up. I would just triple check your drink when you order off the app for this store.
