Well, a few weeks ago, I went their to get a Carmel Frappuccino. Let me tell you , the customer service is terrible. The cashier doesn't acknowledge you, and their not friendly . I ordered way before a new customer came in. They got their drink first. I'm never tiping again , they want a tip but aren't courteous with you.

Main complaints about the store is that the drink pickup is towards to back, causing traffic when you come in for mobile pickup. Also, merchandise in the middle of the room is in front of the door when you come in.
Open early. Quick efficient baristas.

Hit and miss. Sadly it goes in waves depending on who is working and what month it is. I used to go to this location every morning in my way to work in the 90's with NO issues. These days even if we call to say there was an issue the manager doesn't seem to care. If you're espresso tastes of strawberry(which oddly happened to us several times one month recently) it's somehow your fault and you won't be offered a replacement. When you go every day for decades it's not like you're looking for a handout... you're looking to enjoy your morning coffee with a hint of consistency and if it tastes like dirt they should offer to make it again. Or AT LEAST offer tomorrow on the house.
Vegetarian options: Depending on how restrictive you are with your vegetarianism you should be able to find something for breakfast. And nearly surely if you're looking at bakery goods. Depending on if you are on with egg or dairy.

Had a meeting here. Coffee is what I expected from any SBUX. Friendly staff. Quiet early in the morning. Managed to wrap up right before the students started shuffling in for their caffeine fix before school - the line was growing as I walked out. Students and others had a line to the door by the time I pulled out of my parking spot.

I've lived nearby this location & have visited it frequently for the last year. Although i've rarely had unpleasant customer experience from Starbucks, this location really set the tone.I have a small service animal (10lb. Dachshund) which has accompanied me in the shop with my partner and I the majority of our visits. Although we are efficient and quick with our order and never dine in (or sit outside for that matter), we continue to be treated with disrespect because my disability is not visible. I literally dread coming to this location *every*single*time* because I do not want to face the anxiety and stress the service of this location causes me.This weekend I was unable to log into the Starbucks app so we ran inside to place a quick order. The baristas continue to press me with the "service animal" questions in which we answer respectfully and honestly, every single time we come in. Upon receiving our order, the barista tossed our breakfast sandwiches onto the counter and walked away with zero eye contact, respect or communication - regardless of how polite and respectful I was as a frequent paying customer. These micro-aggressions continue to be felt from both myself and my partner for the last year. It's a shame that such a wonderful community has a Starbucks as bitter as it's coffee. We will not be back.

I have not been in a Starbucks since early 2020. Maybe I have simply forgotten how much they feel purty much exactly just like yer average MacDonalds. Or maybe just this one. Ha!
I do know this. I ordered a cappuccino and got a small cup of watery latte-like product. Otherwise, it was a satisfactory venue to make a transaction except that the chair I sat in was sticky.
Starbucks is always what you think it will be. It's not my favorite coffee, but it's consistently "pretty good" and never bad. The service is always friendly and quick. Bathroom is

Something is weird about this place and I can only speculate it starts with bad management and then trickles down to the baristas who work here. This is the only Starbucks that I’ve been to that doesn’t simply put mobile orders out for quick and easy retrieval, but instead keeps the order out of reach and requires you ask for it. That defeats the entire premise of making mobile orders quick & easy. God forbid you don’t stay inside the store, to get a refill… this outlet enforces that policy, if one really exists. The strange rules and arbitrary enforcement of them reminds me of the service at DMV. I thinks it’s time for management to take a step-back and reflect on what customer service looks like and treat people like they deserve to be greeted and treated. Despite always leaving a $1 tip (every visit), no one ever says “thanks” or acknowledge it. Ughh… I hate this place and I’m disappointed with the employees who always treat me poorly.

Pretty average Starbucks not always the most engaged or friendly but as having worked for the company for 4 years before I don’t care much about that and don’t expect it much of the time. The thing that bothers me here is how it seems like all the girls have to have their hair in a pony tail as per uniform and health code but this one guy has like a little bit of hair in a pony tail and then 90% of the rest of his huge hair is out and it’s definitely against health code and not fair for the rest of the staff. Prob should apply the same dress code and health code rules to everyone?
Very nice location. Clean and bright. The staff was very friendly and kind.
