Consistently I’m getting my drink :20min or longer almost everytime. Last time there were 2 people waiting, but it was understaffed; this time 9 waiting. Ordering here has made me late twice in one week. I’ve even had to abandon my order. Not a good show.

Coffee is good here, but people who have kids here couldn’t get a full service, I mean diaper changing station in restrooms. But they still have sign that they have it in their restrooms and it has to be removed because it’s misleading people.

Wonderful experience at this Starbucks! They now have lovely mugs for in-store coffee, which made for a cozy coffeehouse experience and not the McDonald’s feeling since the pandemic. Remember to ask for your order for “here” when ordering. Plus they were passing out free samples of the Pistachio Cream Cold Brew coffee which was delicious. And employees seemed to be happy about the changes too.

I am a regular at this store and love all of the workers here, except for who I think is the manager? I don’t know her name but today I watched her basically belittle one of the girls working because she didn’t think they were doing something right. That shouldn’t be done in front of customers.

Everytime I come here the baristas are always so rude. Online order food was piled on top of each other so I asked if the one on top was mine before I touched everyone’s food. The barista responded with “um yeah?” like there weren’t 7 bags on top of each other…rude response to a simple question!
