There are some things about Stark Street Pizza that’s is fun and nostalgic, the 70s pizza parlor vibe and the and the salad bar. It feels like being thrown back 50 years, but something about 70’s pizza parlors don’t make sense in 2024. The obtrusive pizza number being called every few minutes that disrupts conversation and for me, the enjoyment of dining out. The pizza crust is great, it tastes like freshly made dough, but check out the topping on ours, it was kind of silly how small the amount of toppings was. The salad bar was good, everything tasted fresh and there were lots of options. Not sure that I need to go back as it was just okay

Legendary Portland pizza spot with that classic cornmeal thin crust. Fun for groups, dinner, or just going in for lunch.

Returning to this nostalgic spot with my kids was like stepping back in time. The familiar sight of antique wagons, the looming bear, and the quirky entrance mirror brought back fond memories. We opted for a medium Pep pizza, and it didn't disappoint. The crust was deliciously crispy, and the pepperoni curled up perfectly, capturing all the flavor. However, the one-time-only salad bar policy was a bit of a letdown; it seems they've become a tad stingy with their offerings. But hey, if you're craving ranch, you'll need to make a trip to the front counter! Despite these minor quirks, it was a delightful trip down memory lane, enjoying some classic pizza from this longstanding Portland establishment.Vegetarian options: Veg pizzasKid-friendliness: Pin ball, arcade games, silly mirror

The place looks nice... But my viewers know the difference between fresh mushrooms and canned... I asked for fresh mushrooms now when cooked in the oven will come out dry. If they are canned it will come out slimy and wet. I wanted fresh, don't know why they would get something so simple mixed up... It ruined the flavor and texture for me... Also could have used more sauce. It was very dry. I couldn't taste the pizza sauce... The canned mushroom over powdered the flavor of metallic on the pie. I would give it a two star but I'll be generous, today.

The pizzas we got had zero sauce, none. My wife was starving so we ate it. The crust was very chard up and over cooked. Too crispy. Beers were good.
Edited to Add; I went back in to ask for pizza with sauce, showed the employee a few slices, and the manager approved remaking them stating- ask for “extra sauce”. Just be sure to do that if you are like me, and like to taste some sauce. If you prefer super lite sauce, then don’t ask for extra :)

Had some pizza for lunch, thought it was great. Like all the sports memorabilia and the pizza parlor vibe.

Old school pizza place, with undoubtedly the worst pizza I have eaten since the 90’s.Absolutely terrible. Crust is thick and flavorless and we had to ask that the mushrooms not come from a can.The veggie pizza had thick uncooked slabs of watery tomatoes covering the entire thing.Frozen pizzas are better.I respect the vibes, but unless the pizza improves dramatically, I would never eat here again.
Pizza crust is nasty..and the people that work there especially the lady is Rude as hell! I grew up coming there and I'm disappointed..salad bar is always empty and when you ask them to fill it..it's a problem..I miss when Rob Robinson owned it!

Haven't had their pizza in probably 30 years. Picked up a carry out for lunch at my house with a couple of friends. Everyone really enjoyed it.Trust me, it won't be another 30 before I'm back!

Got hassled while going through the salad bar "You can only go through once." This was on my first pass through the salad bar. Leave me alone. They used to have a lunch special with a personal pizza and a salad. Now you have to buy them separately for twice the money.
Awesome pizza
