I dont go into the downtown Portland area much but I have been trying to come to this restaurant for a while now and when I would drive by this restaurant there would always be a line outside and their dinning area is small so the wait is about 20-35 mins per group but luckily today i was able to get in without having to wait outside. i've been here a few times and everything I've had been delicious. Chicken fried steak & corned beef hash are favs!! even in 100° weather they still put out great food!!!!
Fun old timey spot with lots of character and service who really care about your experience. I started with a cinnamon roll which was light and fluffy topped with the perfect amount of frosting. My next stop was the carnitas benedict which was filling but the carnitas was dry and lacked flavor. Overall, great experience but I would go with a sweet over savory meal next time.
