Decent beer and food. Staff are friendly. QR code menus only and you must use your phone to order food, unfortunately.

Don’t do it, folks! 18$ for a Cesar chicken wrap filled with raw chicken. Never again 😭

Aside from one guy, the customer service in this place sucks! If you can't scan the bar to see which glasses are 1/4 full and have the sense to ask, "What else were you thinking or what's next?", you have a customer service problem. That said, honestly, beers are average to good. Did not have the food, so I can't comment. I wanted to like this place, but I'll skip next time I'm here.

It took forever to get food on a Thursday night with about 4 other tables and 1 guy at the bar. The food was really good and the service was excellent. While waiting our drinks were steadily refilled and the staff made sure we were happy with our meal once it arrived. The restaurant has a really nice vibe and tons of outdoor seating for these gorgeous Summer evenings.

This used to be my favorite spot for a quick casual dinner in St. Johns, but recent menu changes have really bummed me out and kinda put me off the food. Many other reviewers have mentioned the change to the nacho recipe, but they have also axed their (formerly) amazing onion rings & ranch, which were some of the best I've ever had. There were a handful of times I literally went *just* for the onion rings. I'm unreasonably sad that they're gone and truly hope they come back. Beyond that, the drinks are obviously good and the burgers are ok, but not the best in PDX and a little too pricey for what you get. Ultimately, I just wish they'd be a little more consistent about their menu (and bring back the onion rings & ranch lol).

Passenger of time

4/4/24 5pm: Walked in and sat at the bar for about 5 minutes. The bartenders walked around, looking confused. Nobody greeted me me or ever asked me anything. Pretty awful customer service. I do not suggest this place. Go elsewhere.

The worst fish and chips I have EVER had. Greasy, slimy, over breaded, and over cooked

Stopped in here for a bite to eat and a few drinks. Place was lovely, very nice architecture inside and the bench seats were pleasant and comfortable. Had the burgers which were not over salted and were juicy. The Dopplebock was amazing though, one of my favs for sure.

If you're going here for the delicious looking nachos you see in the other reviews, don't go. Unfortunately they no longer exist. We have been coming here since they opened, and through covid with take-out orders to help keep $$ coming through the doors. And it is pretty sad the route this restaurant is taking. Their food has gone way downhill the past 6 or so months. Their nachos are completely different, from the meat to the cheese, white sauce, chips, pico... everything. I'm pretty sure their nacho cheese is now from a can. Their wings use to be smoked and come with 4 FULL wings, now just 3 flats and 3 drumsticks that taste like they were just tossed in sauce at the end. (But more expensive.) And no more delicious pickles. My kid wouldn't eat the mac-and-cheese and she will eat anything, it was flavorless and had the consistency of thick glue. We have come here 3x within the last few months hoping it was an off day, but no. I think they are spending more energy on their beer & drinks. And unfortunately, have forgotten about the food. I HOPE they can make some changes and bounce back. The beer is pretty good, we do like the beer. But as a family, we have to go where the kids will enjoy their meals too, and this place no longer does it for us.
