I heard from the gentleman behind the bar of a Prime Rib special every Sunday at 4pm on a first time visit. I returned on a Sunday a few weeks later for the special. I arrived early and told the barkeep I was there for the prime rib. I requested the center cut and they obliged. It was a delicious cut of meat and the sides were equally well prepared. It was a lovely, first 'really beautiful' day in Portland, and we were just about to catch the bus back to Kenton.
But the vibes were right and the Doobie Brothers were a'callin', so we slipped into one of the outdoor booths at Stormbreaker for a bit of sipping, noshing, and people watching.
