Straightaway Cocktails

Love straightaway! Such a cute place with great cocktails. Was really impressed with the knowledge and assistance of the bartender, Sophia. Will definitely be back next time I’m in Portland.

Update: Bottom line is they made it right. At first after reaching out, my friend was told that refunds are not guaranteed when the package is refused (it was not. Fed Ex was being uncooperative) and that they could issue a refund minus shipping (shipping was free), or do a new order and she could pay for shipping. After escalation, Straightaway was apologetic and resloved it. We are VERY happy because the product is PHENOMENAL, 10/10 recommend and we did not want to have to stop supporting this small business. If you have not tried it this is your sign.

Went in on an order with a friend. (We are out of state.) Delivery was not completed because the delivery took place during the work day and driver insisted upon signature although there are parcel lockers, which suffice as a signature equivalent in every other case. Regardless, the order was returned and Straightaway refuses to issue a refund. They contend that they are entitled to the money and the product, apparently.

Hands down the best pre made cocktails we’ve ever tried. We got the spirit forward and the citrus forward flights. It’s not every day you get to try 10 different cocktails. Plus they came with snacks to pair with each one. The old fashioned is one that I get regularly now!

The drinks are amazing. The cocktail flight comes with snacks and is as good as it is beautiful. Nice outdoor seating.

Excellent little cocktail bar with a very thoughtful and well crafted menu of equally well crafted and paired cocktails and snacks. The value was surprisingly good for 2025.

Our only regret was that we were pressed for time and could only stay for one flight. But we will be back!

Great spots for cocktails

Great class and outstanding instructors. Fun atmosphere and learned a lot about the cocktails we created. Highly recommend!

Small but adorable and friendly vibe. Cocktails are perfect size with the snacks paired at their location. The Twelve Nights of Cocktails is amazing so far- 3 days in! 🥂

Great little place to try some interesting cocktails. Our server was very upbeat and helpful. They had three takes on the Negroni this time. I was able to taste the Tequila And Whiskey spin, but went with the Gin. Tried my wife's Espresso Martini which was excellent too.

This review was edited. We had an issue that left us feeling pretty bummed but the good folks at Straightaway reached out, acknowledged it and made things right. Go give them your money, they make good stuff :)

We went to Straightaway on a Friday afternoon on a recommendation from a Jam on Hawthorne employee. We're SO GLAD we went! The Signature Flight was fantastic, and with the included snacks, it's WELL worth $20. I love that you can take cocktails home with you - we bought 3 boxes of the small cans :) Cait and Hannah are both kind, attentive, and informative - they made us feel welcome. Thank you for helping us have a great roommate day! We will definitely be returning customers.

LOVE this place. I found Blue Dorris at Total Wine in CA. Then was able to visit a couple of weeks later to try the rest. it was SUCH a fun experience. the place is so charming. the staff was incredible and the merch was cute! I bought a hat and get compliments on it often. this will be a go to every time I'm in PDX.

4 of us participated in a cocktail class today and had a most amazing time!! Jen did an amazing job demonstrating cocktails, playing music and teaching all of us the proper use of bar ware. Support staff was also extremely efficient and friendly. Cocktails were soooooo good!!! I will do this class again the next time I visit Portland. Cannot wait to ship some new additions to my bar from Straightaway and Accompani.
