The staff is friendly and customer-centric, although some customers have noted a lack of understanding from a barista regarding espresso shots. Street parking is available, but can be limited. The shop has a security person outside to manage the long lines and prevent overcrowding, which is appreciated by guests. While there's seating available, it can get busy inside, making it less ideal for a long stay. It is a shame that the store attached to the Ace Hotel is no longer there.
