I order on the app and pickup here, the service is consistent which is important for app orders. The food has been fine, no complaints.

If you want to use a sick day: eat here!
Though that picture of the tomatoes was pretty epic; the aftermath was not.
Also, they are rude, text with their gloves on, which defeats the purpose, and leave empty spaces from lack of toppings.
Guess they were looking out for my health from covenanting the spoiled toppings?

Nasty subway! Worst in Oregon. Dirty everywhere, dirty bathrooms. We both ended up sick. I would of found somewhere else to eat if we had more time. Guy behind the counter was extremely slow and spoke very little English.

Asked for a foot long sandwich. Guy turned it sideways and made it with a 6 inch worth of food and charged for full foot long worth of food. Friend got a 6 inch and got the same amount of sandwich.

I stopped by this Subway today as I had an urgent need to use the restroom. I was on my lunch break and figured I could kill 2 birds with 1 stone. When I walked in there wasn’t anyone in the front of the store. 2 people came out of the back and I said hello do you have a restroom? The white employee said something so quickly all I could understand was code. I replied great what is the code? He again spoke so quickly and with his head turned the opposite direction, I asked what he said. He said if I buy a 6 inch I could get the code as it’s on the receipt . I explained it was emergency and I agreed buy a 6 inch could I get the code? He again said the code is on the receipt. I was desperate at this point I explained that was my Tesela parked right there in front of the window and I’m not going to rip them off and not but a sandwich. He again said the code is on the receipt, but the sandwich and get the code. I then advised him he was breaking the law by not allowing me use of the restroom. He said it’s store policy. My reply was a store store policy does not supersede the law. Now he went with and I quote” we can refuse service to anyone and I don’t like your attitude.” As I was leaving I said let’s see how long you work here treating people like this. To which he said “ I’ve been here 3 years with this attitude I’m not going anywhere.1. You don’t talk to or treat people that way.2. The other employee first looked on with disbelief at the employee that was talking. As we kept engaging it was obvious he was embarrassed as he looked down at his feet by the others behavior.3. If the picture loads properly it shows one of the laws violated. And because of HIPPAA, I would not have needed to disclose my condition.I also understand establishments deal with drug users and homeless. I am clean cut, clean shaven and wore clean clothes. There was no mistaking me for being homeless.By the time I left the situation caused me stop my work day.I will decide my next course of action, but in the meantime will see if I get a reply. I am sure this franchise owner has other stores, hopefully with better staff and professionalism.

Classic Subway atmosphere. The manager, at least, is an excellent Sandwich Maker dedicated to a positive customer experience. My favorite is an Italian BMT on Italian Herb & Cheese bread with extra pepper jack, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and all the veggies except lettuce. Sometimes I change up the sauce, which makes it fun!

Vegetarian options: This location has veggie patties! Also, did you know? If you don't get meat, or the veggie patty, then they don't charge extra for avocado.

Dietary restrictions: It's build-your-own, with ingredients of the bread clearly listed. If you have a serious issue, just let them know, and they'll change their gloves and wipe down the line before they begin building your sandwich, in accordance with the health code. Then, just don't order anything you're allergic to. Easy!

Parking: Very limited parking. The parking lot is very small, shared by several businesses, with lots of time restricted parking spaces.

Kid-friendliness: The classic Subway atmosphere in a relatively safe neighborhood makes this a fine place to take the kids for a quick bite. They even have a kids menu.

Wheelchair accessibility: The dining room, sandwich line, and restrooms are all fully wheelchair accessible.
