When i order online from this store I have had more orders voided, stolen, and just straight up disappear than i have had sandwiches actually delivered to me.

The worst customer service I’ve received in a LONG time lmao I don’t expect much from a Subway but the bar is literally below the ground. Dude at the counter was on the phone with a friend on his bluetooth earbuds and just talking to them the entire time. No hello no thank you and seemed like he was absolutely miserable being there. Really wanted to walk out but I was craving subway so I just dealt with it. It sucks because this is the closest Subway to me but looks like I think I’d rather eat rocks than come here again.

Also, they are rude, text with their gloves on, which defeats the purpose, and leave empty spaces from lack of toppings. Guess they were looking out for my health from covenanting the spoiled toppings?
