I Ben coming in this location for years all Tim I got the same thing because I am vegan. today I ordered the same sandwich Israel make me the best sandwich I never have even he offered vegan dressing it’s changed the sandwich very taste. He’s customer service outstanding keep up good job I am pleased!!!!!

I ordered a footlong chicken bacon ranch and asked for half the usual chicken to be replaced with steak—ergo same total amount of meat as the regular sandwich. No issue was raised as it was being made. At checkout, I was charged for extra meat. I asked why, since I wasn’t getting more, just different. The male employee (I was told his name is Izzy) said, “You’re being charged for extra meat because if the steak.” When I asked for clarification, he just said, “You don’t have to take the sandwich if you don’t want it,” and walked away instead of explaining anything.

The manager, Victoria, stepped in and politely explained that even with less chicken, steak is still an added charge, and that there is no way to discount the sandwich for the missing chicken. That made sense, so I asked her to add the full amount of chicken I paid for. She agreed, and I moved on.

Before leaving, I asked for the staff names, which Tori provided and then Izzy said, “That’s not even my real name, so good luck putting it online. Is it because I’m Black? You didn’t like me because I’m black but had no issue with the white manager?” (He has vitiligo.) He then called me racist multiple times. I was appalled, as that came out of nowhere. My concern was simply about being charged for something I didn’t order—race has nothing to do with it whatsoever. Had he explained the pricing from the start, I would’ve adjusted my order. I came for a sandwich, not disrespect. I think it’s absolutely appalling that an employee would accuse someone of racism for no reason.

Placed an online order at 3:50, was not ready at 4:15. Left, came back later, and one hour later it was still not ready. One guy working with no line, who couldn't make 2 sandwiches in an hour somehow. What a joke.

Everyone shouldn’t go down for what a someone else does I’ve noticed some pretty gross habits the few times I’ve been there the nails are tolerable I get why they like them but I swore I saw one of the employees smoking once while leaving not sure if she was on break but it looked like something that apon walking by I thought smelled a bit like weed
