Went to get a sandwich at Broadway subway 12 street ask to use the bathroom sandwich maker said bathroom were closed I said to your customer's he said people were using drugs in br... Worst experience . Did A online order when I got there I was told they didn't have the sandwich I wanted. Hardly any meat on it and bread didn't seem fresh. The customer service was good but I don't think I will ever go back to this location. Also went on Christmas eve and they didn't have what I wanted so I just left.

Literally out of everything I wanted. The dude on the phone was not helpful and combated everything that I said was wrong with my order. They didn't even call to see if I would like any substitutions or anything. Just weren't even helpful in the slightest and had an attitude the whole call. It's not cool.

This location is the worst not only are the morning start during the week extremely disrespectful teylor and victoria are their names i’ve come in multiple times and left as soon as i saw them. However the weekend crew is great i believe it’s alex and israel and their was one other person who’s no longer there

Second time ordering a sandwich online where It charges me and the sandwich order never goes through. If it isnt that bad then the order usually gets canceled by the store for being out of oh I dont know pickles or something. But yall, I am homeless and you take my money like this and no corporate number. I cant eat tonight because of this I mean yall are hurting people with your poorly managed company. I really dont think I will ever go to a subway ever again, my perception of your company is so toxic at this point it would affect my sanity to ever patron a subway ever again. IM HUNGRY, do you know what thats like?

Placed my order thru their app. Upon arrival i was told the restaurant was out of the ft long cookie i had ordered. They didn't have a single cookie available in their cookie case either to substitute. They still had 3 hours to closing and i know for a fact it doesn't take long to heat the oven and bake some. I did contact customer service that night and i still haven't heard back. Its been over a week.
Went in at around 2am Jun 26th The guy was very rude and honestly made me walk right out without getting a sandwich

This was and in terms of service still is my favorite subway in Portland. (Shout out to Taylor great customer service) but lately they are out of just about everything. It seems like every time I go in I can’t get my regular order, bread out, cheese out, toaster broken. I feel bad because it’s employees obviously care about their customers and miss their regulars

The employees were so kind and sweet! But it was such a bummer that the toaster oven is down and has been down for a MONTH. I miss my toasty sandwiches! Shame on the franchisee for not taking better care of this location and the wonderful employees who work there.

This location has been around so long that its bathroom lock codes are still "1301" - the store's street address 1301 NE Broadway St - after at least 15 years. Service depends on which crew happens to be employed at the time but otherwise, a Subway is a Subway....
