There's NO signs to say that they're closed but they were closed when I arrived at 11am

Freezers/fridges are too cold for the produce, there’s ice on the food, and the spinach looks terrible.Employee who was working definitely hates his job and it shows. ( I’m sure he’s a sweetheart, but recommend to him finding a new gig that he’ll enjoy more) - told me that he had a HUGE order to deal with before helping out, but it was only 3 sandwiches, for an online/ mobile order, which isn’t that much of a wait when you’re efficient tbh, I wasn’t in a rush or anything as well. So I would not of really noticed the wait - a ‘’ I’ll be right with you ‘’ would be a better greating vs the ‘’ maybe you should go elsewhere ‘’ vibe that I gotDefinitely wouldn’t eat the meat here as well, it looked so bad.Anyways ✨ 13/10 ✨

Wish I could actually review this place, but I came in today and stood at the counter for four or five minutes and there were no employees in the restaurant. So I ended up leaving and eating at the Asian place next-door.

Actually it wasn't a good experience. Ordered a sub on the app, and put toasted in the special instructions cause i forgot to put it in the building of the sub. Wentin to pic it up, and i opened it to check if it was toasted...it wasn't. Asked her to please fix it and she said oh i never look at the special instructions. she could microwave it cause i had opened it. I told her to make a new one please. She had to call her manager. After helping another customer that had walked in, she finally calls the manager. After a few minutes of talking she comes out and goes straight to making it. No apologizing.

Subway is usually good but it depends on who is working they need more culinary minded employees,stop hiring people that don't have culinary skills that don't want to be involved with making food for other people,hire people who want to make food for other people with personality and customs skills
