I ordered a sandwich, chips, and a drink through DoorDash and did not receive my drink or chips and the wrong sandwich. The sandwich was a mashed together mess and every single tomato had cores. Apparently someone is having a really bad day.

Friendly person at the counter.. however they were out of half of the vegetables. No lettuce? How can the owners be that bad at checking the stock? Very unimpressed, I’d go somewhere else next time.

I drove past two locations on my way home knowing that the subway in my neighborhood was open until 11. Post workout, starving, looking forward to a sub. I walk in and I am greeted with “what’s up?“ In a short tone. Caught off guard I ask if they are even open maybe the open sign is illuminated erroneously. Mind you it’s 10:38, 22 minutes till close. This is not a sitdown restaurant I didn’t expect that coming in nearly a half an hour before close would be an issue at a fast food joint. The lady told me she had already put stuff away and I missed it by five minutes. So they effectively close at 10:30 and won’t serve food after that. You should just say you’re closed at 10:30 so people don’t come in expecting to be able to purchase food. my years and food service you were open until you were closed and THEN you start putting things away and closing things down. Please just update your hours to say you stop serving food at 10:30.

Omg! Don't think the service could be much worse. No veggies to put on sandwiches and she was eating while making food and complaining she needed to take her meds. No one else there to help. Really a bad experience!!

Even though they were out of a lot of their products, I had a great experience. The worker who helped me, Jasmine, was very apologetic and still made me a great sandwich, despite the lack of ingredients. One of the best service experiences I’ve had anywhere.

Deep Water

I came in on 4/28/2024 and A young lady named Asia was working. She has such a bubbly personality, knows a lot about the store/subway. She made me my sandwich with lots of care. She works so hard every time I go in there! Thank you Asia for being you and always making my sandwiches to my liking!

How is it lunch rush hour and this place only has half their food ready. They were either out or almost out of the sandwich condiments. Line was also super long for them to not have half their condiment available. Very disappointing that they can’t get their store ready for lunch rush.

I've been to this location twice, a few weeks apart. The first time, I ordered when I got there and, even though they were busy, they were attentive and kind. The second time I ordered through the app and, despite the very clear instructions on the build receipt included in my order (pictured), my sandwich was wrong. I asked for lettuce, I didn't get ANY. I asked for extra tomatoes, I only got 4 on a foot long (the build receipt instructs them to use 12 which is excessive but preferable to 4). I asked for oil and vinegar and got neither. I decided not to eat it during my work lunch and instead took it home later to fix it myself. I know they're training a new guy but, considering he didn't even know if my order had been made, I don't think he made it. I won't be ordering from them via the app again, but I may order in person if I have time to wait.
