How is it lunch rush hour and this place only has half their food ready. They were either out or almost out of the sandwich condiments. Line was also super long for them to not have half their condiment available. Very disappointing that they can’t get their store ready for lunch rush.

I've been to this location twice, a few weeks apart. The first time, I ordered when I got there and, even though they were busy, they were attentive and kind. The second time I ordered through the app and, despite the very clear instructions on the build receipt included in my order (pictured), my sandwich was wrong. I asked for lettuce, I didn't get ANY. I asked for extra tomatoes, I only got 4 on a foot long (the build receipt instructs them to use 12 which is excessive but preferable to 4). I asked for oil and vinegar and got neither. I decided not to eat it during my work lunch and instead took it home later to fix it myself. I know they're training a new guy but, considering he didn't even know if my order had been made, I don't think he made it. I won't be ordering from them via the app again, but I may order in person if I have time to wait.

Subway is a failing business and it shows! The food isn't good like it used to be. To call a sandwich "toasted" is a laugh riot! There constantly understaffed. Stop having only one person working at a time!

It has been awhile since I've been inside a subway but they seem to have upgraded their sandwich menu and raised their prices. I like that you can customize what is on your sandwich. The woman working was super friendly and helpful. My sandwich was good, reminded me of subway... local residents get a 10% discount at this location.

Jeremy helped me feel safe, was non judgmental with my health quirks, and maintained exceptional professionalism while showing basic human compassion that is rare these days.Cece helped me with a pen and paper writing my thoughts down to help my journey, and Jeremy made sure I was okay after closing with my situation and helped me when he was no longer on the clock.Jeremy gave me recommendations when I asked, and was very helpful.

I was in there today & was pleasantly greeted by Jason (who was there by himself), waited in line for 5 minutes before realizing I didn’t pay for parking. Told him I’d be right back. Came back 5 minutes later & 2 people had arrived in front of me. Jason politely asked the person in front of me if I could get back in line. He swiftly made my sandwich & that of the man in front of me. And answered the phone while ringing us up. I have to say this store has a gem of an employee in Jason!! He was incredible, polite, calm & extremely efficient!! He deserves a raise!!! Way to go Jason!!

I'm so confused there's children working here or hanging out here with the lady she was nice but this is just strange and the kids were obnoxious and loud . Haven't ate the food yet. This place is just odd.

I placed an online order for lunch. When I showed up there was a sign in the door...On Break Sorry for the Inconvenience 30 minutes. No indication of when the break started or when the staff would return. I sat outside and waited for the staff of 4 employees to return. When all 4 employees returned from a sunny break in the park, I suggested the sign should indicate what time the break began and when the staff would return. The apparent manager (she had the keys) sarcastically brushed me off and the staff entered. The manager, again sarcastically, commented that her staff needed a break. I asked "all 4 at one time"? She said yes!...which infuriated me. I then insisted I get the BOGO for the footlong sub I ordered. The "manager" insisted she could not do it because she did not control online orders...interesting because all 4 staff members has subway sandwiches for lunch...no doubt free! I ordered online for convenience. The staff does deserve a break...more than 30 minutes IMO. But I lost my break while waiting for the staff to return and deliver my order. And now, to make it worst I am eating a very stale Subway sandwich at my desk. I do have to compliment the remainder of the staff for remaining calm during my outburst with the "manager" but the manager is a testament to how difficult it is to find qualified help. She is definitely NOT qualified.
