It's a subway. The food should be on par with all others. The service was perfect, no complaints. As far as atmosphere. You had a shattered door that hasn't been replaced. This is obviously a corporate issue and nothing to do with the actual establishment.

Placed an online order for 2 sandwiches. When it was delivered it, both were cold even though I asked for them toasted. Had barely any vegetables and was missing 2 of the 3 sauces I asked for. Very disappointed.

went inside of this location and noticed that a woman was making some soup in the back and she dumped the soup in the garbage and when she did she hit the spoon on the Garbage several times and then took the same spoon and stirred the soup. she put the soup back in the front to be served. i told a person that believed to be the manager about it a mexican woman and she just shrugged her shoulders and said she doesn't know. basically she didn't care. unfortunately i came just for the soup. will not be returning to this location ever again. her and her husband are both very weird. the husband wrote his number on my receipt one particular day. so very unprofessional and after the soup situation i'm good. they need a health inspector audit.

Hispanic female employee who’s making sandwiches is rude and not willing to put enough vegetables on the sandwiches for both times I visited. She put four little slices of onions last time when I came. She said the sandwiches come with the veggies on already so customers are not allowed to add more veggies after toasted. She also had to throw away a lot of spoiled tomatoes from the containers that was having the tomatoes to put on my sandwiches. That was disgusting to see. I really wish to come back to this place for the best location from my work and I love subway sandwiches. I don’t want to ruin my friendship with Subway because of this female employee and the vegetable quality which should be the responsibility of the employees. I think this place needs some help in managing in a lot of areas like food condition and the employee training for customer service.

Stop sending us coupons is our neighborhood for store who will not honor them. I do not care whether the store is corporate or franchised! My coupons say SUBWAY I want to use them at my local SUBWAY. The guy in the store said, " Our owner said he's losing too much money by honoring the coupons so he opted out."Behooves me!

Slowest service I’ve seen at a Subway (coming from an ex-employee) to top it off this location does not accept coupons, the downfall of franchises.

I had received Subway coupons in the mail. I was going to get a sandwich, possibly a meal. I was going to buy a large sub & drink for my friend. We hadn't been in the building more than 30 seconds when a staff person yelled they wouldn't take coupons. I didn't actually understand that she was addressing me, as I was talking to my friend. She yelled it out a second time. The way she yelled, it was as if we were doing something wrong. I answered no problem, as I could pay cash. She was rude to another customer, also. She could have said in a different tone, "I'm sorry, but we don't accept coupons". I think Subway was lucky we still spent our money there, 2 large sandwiches & 2 large drinks. Well over $20. A lot of people would have walked out after the way they were treated, or customers would have left because they didn't have enough money. We went out of our way, drove through heavy lunch time traffic and stood in the long line. I live on Hayden Island & could have gone to Taco Bell, McDonald's, Burger King, Boomers BBQ restaurant, Denny's & several smaller mom & pop restaurants. I won't go to this Subway ever again.Vegetarian options: My friend always orders a foot long vegetable. I ordered a ham, it was very soggy. My friend likes the veggie sandwich.

NOT the fault at all of the workers. They were working hard and trying their best since they had big orders. And they were kind. But I and a bunch of customers were behind while there was a massive 6+ sandwich order they were super busy preparing. They were very understaffed- only two people and their restroom was out of order. And they don't accept coupons anymore, what!? Probably time for this Subway to hire a new manager or something. The workers deserve better!

Love the food & the last few times we've been in, customer service has been very good & proficient in keeping the line moving smoothly even when they've been steadily working with walk-ins one after another without a break for a good length of time. The attitude of workers remained cheerful & ready to offer any assistance or suggestions that may improve the food or service they were already providing. The workers were also very good at keeping everything clean & at washing their hands & changing gloves in-between each customer which is greatly appreciated. We use the NE MLK location that's in between Killingsworth & Ainsworth almost exclusively as that is the one within a mile of our home. This has been & will remain a house favorite on those nights no one wants to cook or make dinner or lunch. Thank you :)Vegetarian options: They're always more than willing & very helpful should you need any suggestions on either using a choice already on their menu or making adjustments to one that you're looking at so you can get exactly what you're wanting with every visit. This makes staying within any dietary restrictions much easier so you still can enjoy a meal with family or friends.Parking: Parking lot is somewhat small so space can be tight but I've never had any issues in getting a spot when I've gone.Wheelchair accessibility: As long as you can get a spot without a car parked next to you, you should be OK. The door letting you into Subway is wide enough for a wheelchair to get in & out. Inside may be a little small but still plenty of room for someone in a wheelchair to move around to order, eat at a table & get in & out.

Quality is low-ish compared to other locations, and now they don’t accept coupons, so much cheaper at other locations.

Saturday we popped in around 5pm for a quick sandwich and was served with some very professional sandwich artisans! The young gentleman that served us was very thorough and took his time! Made our sandwiches with procession and remembered items we had forgotten ourselves! Super delicious and they hit the spot! Would recommend this young man and masked woman with a pony tail to get a raise and run the shop forever!
