Workers need to be retrained. They do not know how to make the sobs correctly. My husband ordered a BLT foot long sub on the Italian herb and cheese bread, extra bacon and little mayo. We got bread and bacon nothing else. The 188th and Stark Street location here in Rockwood, Portland, Oregon sucks beyond belief. If I could I would give it a negative rating on everything other than the quality of the food. The staff and atmosphere is crappy.
As in all Subway sandwich shops recently. Higher prices. Less on sandwich. Much less selection! This is not the workers fault. I commend the workers.

Today 11/6/25, I stopped by to get a footlong and 6 inch, first time here the place looks dirty and nit taken care off the dumpster are most especially with trash outside all over.. But I still ordered through drive thru, my 6inch has really hard bread which makes me think it is old bread this is not ok, as you can tell in second picture i am pressing down and its so hard

The only staff that was working alone was freaking amazing! Super nice hard working guy! He deserves a bonus! I don’t know what he’s going through in life but he deserves a blessing. He was so polite and nice to me and my coworker! MICHEAL is a 10/10 staff! Great guy!!!!!

No one answers call at most locations are they all closed. No one takes coupons why they send coupon . Only Walmart answered , what a crappy service .

This lady who was helping me and my family at a drive through was SO nice. We we were tripping through our order in the drive through and she was so patient and considerate. I didn't have any cash at the time to tip her but I would have given her a 5 if I had it on me she was so nice. She had blond hair in a ponytail, managers please take note!!!
Went in today and they locked the door 1 hour early before closing. The 2 workers where just standing there chatting it up. After making eye contact w me one of them ducked behind the counter as if we hadn’t already seen them in the lit up room.

Ordered from this Subway last night 1.4.25 and the lady working was amazing. Got our whole order right, was very pleasant and helpful. Ordered again today 1.5.25 and the girl working was horrible. Lacked the concept of customer service and got both our orders wrong. No cheese, nothing toasted like ordered and couldn’t be bothered to give a Hi when we picked it up. Regretting giving her a tip as she was horrible at her job. I get you don’t get paid enough but that is not the customers fault. Do better be better.

I ordered two 6-inch subs tonight from this store: a grilled chicken and an outlaw. The employee was very helpful in confirming my order, and the bag felt full when I received it. However, upon opening it at home, I found a cold cut combo instead of my order. Unfortunately, I cannot eat the ingredients in a cold cut combo. I am requesting a resolution to this issue.

came here yesterday and got a steak and cheese, ate half of it when i realized it had a funny aftertaste, didnt realize because there were so many peppers on my sandwich covering up the tatse. the after taste was old and tangy, not something you'd want to taste when eating a sandwich. i looked past it and tried my cookies, same thing with the weird old, tangy after taste. now im in and out of my bathroom with food poisoning. Dont waste your money here. 🫩
