Normally I wouldn't have a problem with this subway location. BUT the other night I may have have the worst service I've ever had anywhere. I put an order in on the app and it was before their 9:30 deadline to have the order in, it went through and I got charged for it on my debit card and it said would be ready for me at 9:40 and I got there at 9:39 and doors were locked and I could see the girl in the back on her phone, mind you they don't close until 10 pm. I knocked on the door and she rolling her eyes hesitantly came to the door very rude and told me that they never got the order, I showed her on my phone that the order was in and paid for. She just locked the door and walked away I expressed how mad I was and put in a complaint. Now she came to the door at 9:43 and said no order was in, but conveniently at 9:54 I got an email saying my order had just been canceled. Oh I was and still kinda am pissed. That was some bullsh 🤬

Worst fycking garlic roast beef sandwich I’ve ever had, thank god the second half of the paid-for footlong didn’t show up because that would have gone straight through the window. Probably paid $40 for a single slice of tomato, two shreds of red onion and watered down mayonnaise with two whole slices of roast beef.

It was 8:00 pm and the gal working had all the veggie trays pulled out of the counter. She asked what I wanted and I told her and she told me it would be a couple of minutes because she has to wash down the counters. I told her it looked like they were either closing or cleaning up. And she said she was doing both because they close at 10 o’clock and she wanted to get out of there on time. it was 8 PM. She had two hours until closing! She did not make any eye contact with me and continue to clean for about 10 minutes. She put the containers back in the counter. But then went over to where the meat and cheeses are and proceeded to take all of those out of the counter. When I realize she was not going to make my sandwiches until she got everything wiped down, I just tapped on the counter and said let’s just forget about it and walked out. She didn’t say a word!!! She could’ve cared less how long I stood there. She was going to get her cleaning done and that was all that mattered to her. Worst customer service ever. She should be fired. I worked in fast food service for several years and I know for a fact, you take care of the customers first and do cleaning on your downtime.

I was def satisfied. The cashier who was by herself did a good jo and was on top of everything. I got the Titan Turkey Sub on Wheat with Spinach, Tomatoes, mayo, Cucumbers, & mustard. I also got a large drink ! This place is conveniently connected to a subway and has two busses passing it right by !!
Saw the lady step outside to puff on a cigarette between sandwiches. So disgusting. Go get a vape or something !
