Took 25 minutes for 3 sandwiches and we were the only customers in the store. One of the employees told us to 'calm down' because we confused pretzel honey mustard for cheese. Never heard of a pretzel that has the Aunt Annie's product stamp to come with honey mustard. I'll take my business elsewhere next time.

Arrived at restaurant.. 2 employees outside smoking. I asked to use the restroom. After relieving myself, I still had to wait over 5 minutes for the 2 women to finish their disgusting cigarettes. One of these "employees" didn't even have the decency, courtesy, or the ACTUAL knowledge to know she should wash her hands after being on a break smoking. Absolutely disgusting! The picture I posted is just to point out it is every obvious the employees and management are NOT doing their job!

I been eating my lunches at subway for over ten years. Its not always the same subway because i work out of a car for 12 hours running calls. Im not the only one who does this . Others are cab drivers, police ambulances transit personel. I have never had a problem to use the restroom at any of the subways in and around portland oregon and vancouver wa. You would think as a franchise you all would want to keep your customers and encourage costomers to advertise for you. I can tell you i will no longer be using subway any more and i will be encoruaging others to do the same.Its shame i drover 45 minutes just to go to this one store and still.got them same speelYou do your part of a franchise subway when people arent near your specific store there still a subway costumer.Sincerly chris webb

Ordered online and did not receive whole order. Went to location and doors were locked about 7pm when windows said they close at 10 pm.Knocked on door showed my receipt but worker totally ignored me.Just wanted the drinks, cookies, and chips that weren't sent with the very rude Doordarsh driver who should have verified it all. Ordered online. My order was missing items. The driver said I had to submit it on the app. There is nowhere to get your money back. So I called. The girl who answered the phone was rude, and hung up on me 3 times. She even laid the phone down and said nothing. This is the 3rd time I have not gotten what I ordered and I am heated. Done with this location.

We just stopped there. It’s a little after 5pm on a Wednesday, the store is dark and the Open sign is turned off. Google indicates that the shop should be open and there is no note to explain the reason for closure.

I usually dread going to Subways because I usually feel pressured and don’t know what the choices are because nothing is labeled. My issue… today I needed to use the ATM next door and realized I was beyond hungry and the smell of the bread sucked me in. I’d like Caleb’s manager know that he gave me hands down the friendliest and most patient service I’ve ever had at a Subway and he ranks just as high in comparison to service at sit down restaurants. I was dreading getting my sandwich… his service made it a very positive experience. Thanks a ton for brightening my day Caleb!

This place is awful, I ordered online and had it set for a certain time, I pulled up to curbside, it's not working. So I go inside, my sandwich that I ordered 45 minutes ahead of time isn't ready yet, and the person working is moving as slow as a snail! I waited another 20 minutes to get my sandwich that I ordered now over an hour previously.

Store had a bunch of flies zipping around landing on the food right in front of me. The tuna looked old and crusty and when I mentioned the flies the girl behind the counter didn’t seem to care at all. Grossest subway ive ever been to and probably the last one I’ll ever go to.
