I went through the drive-thru and was greeted by a young lady named Quinn and could instantly feel how kind and sweet her energy was just by her voice. She was so patient, warm, and friendly the entire time, and it honestly made my whole experience amazing. Even though we weren’t face-to-face initially she made me feel welcomed and cared for. She really turned a simple drive-thru stop into something positive. I truly appreciated her beautiful spirit and the way she treated me! And not to mention my sandwich was amazing!
Keep being amazing! We need more people like you in the world Quinn.

I stopped by as I was passing through. Between paying and getting to my vehicle I lost my bank card. The soonest I could get back there was 12:00 p.m. midnight when they closed. Or when it says they close on Google maps. That was the soonest I could get back there. But I called continuously at different times last night. And as well today but they never pick up the phone. It would be nice if they did pick up the phone. How do people get through to them if they've made a large order or want to make an order at all? I don't understand how that's good customer service? Intentionally not believing communication lines open to assist customers and better their business? Especially because they are off the freeway and people traveling may want to stop in. As someone in my case it is very important to know if that is where my card is. I need my card to pay for gas and everything else to keep traveling forward. I had to sleep in my vehicle last night in the freezing cold. I would give a minus score for intentionally ignoring customers. Especially because of situations like this. I would hate to see an elderly person or anyone else with life disabilities / challenges. The card may or may not be there. But you know it would be a definite help and relief to know if it was or was not. I cannot just go get an ATM card or a new bank card. I have to send one that will take 7 to 10 business days. Which will be sent to my residence not something I can have sent to me on the road.

I pulled up to this Subway last night around 9:10pm (when Google says they're open). The drive-thru box played a prerecorded message saying they were closed and to come back later. I drove round front, confused, and lo and behold the open sign was lit up, and the lights were on inside with 2 employees behind the counter. One of them retreated to the back when I parked my car and the other one, with a drive-thru headset on her head, began making some food. I tried to open the door but it was locked. I made eye contact with the employee making food and she avoided eye contact with me and continued what she was doing while I stood outside the door. I try not to be a Karen about things, but this is just actually ridiculous to lock out customers for the last hour you're open.

Very rude lady behind the counter. She a very small person with high pitched voice. The place was very busy and I understood there were people and cars before me - not her fault. She walked up to the counter about 25 minutes later and asked how can I help you. Not realizing she was on the ear peace talking to another car, I started to give her my order. She curtly told be that she was with another customer and I had to wait my turn. I apologized and said I thought she was talking to me. She then said if she was talking to me, she would have been looking at me. I thought that was un-called for because I was trying to apologize but she would not listen. She just kept telling me to wait my turn which wasn,t an issue with me. I finally just left.

Ok, so we placed a mobile order to pick up, and we expected to pick up the food when we arrived. When we arrived, we informed the guy that we had a mobile order, and gave him the mobile order name. The guy said he had to make some other sandwich before making ours. We unfortunately were waiting for over 30 minutes and did not get our food at our expected time. Now, when we got to eat our food, my sandwich had one slice of cheese on both halves and barely any honey mustard. Felt like the guy was being cheap with our food.

It took 20 minutes to get my food evan tho there was only 1 order ahead of me. The guy there was yelling at me and he made my order rong. He put the most pathetic amount of olives and pickles. Overall it ruined my day.

Rude cashier tried to rush me out of the restroom even threatening to call security while I was mid wipe??? I understand I was taking a while but I can’t control how big of a log I lay out. Mind you this was a little bit before 8pm on a Monday, when they close at midnight. It’s not like I didn’t get food either. I made a purchase before using the restroom. Super disrespectful and weird
Very slow, started in drive thru waited over 12 min then decided to go in. Food prep is messy, Veggies frozen, ppl don't know how to make food and moving so slow. Won't go there again during the day. Night shift is really good.
