Do not go here. Save your money and your sanity and thank me later. There are many drug users literally outside, the store itself is really dirty, the floors are sticky, the tables have sauces and crumbs on them. And don't get me started on the server. The absolute worst. I can't say that enough. The guy seemed really agressive and un-interested in doing his job. Seriously! The veggies were freezer burnt. The guy was putting on the veggies on the sandwich as if I had asked him to mount Mount Everest for the 3rd time. Dude wasn't happy. Dude was agressive. Kudos to him for one thing though. He was trying really hard to get a bad review for his store and lo behold he got that. Don't go there. Ps: they put salt and pepper on your sandwich as if you are a fish and are missing ocean water. At that point it was resembling a salty rock more than a sandwich. Had to throw 2 sandwiches after 2 bites.

Went to get a sandwich and couldn't get through the door easily. Was yelling for help as I can't hold the door and get my wheelchair through at the same time. No help. When I DID get through, I asked the server if he hadn't heard me. This is the point where he began berating me, saying I "lied" to him (I exaggerated the length of time I was struggling with the door to what I intended to be a comically inflated period of time), that I somehow made a "mistake" because he's autistic (so am I, what's that got to do with it?), on and on. Literally wouldn't let me say a single word until he said he wouldn't serve me and walked into the back. I told him I would be calling the manager, at which point he said he was the district manager. I doibt that sincerely. All I wanted was a sandwich. I didn't want to hear this dude's B.S., half his life story, and to fight with a non handicap accessible door for the privilege.
Wheelchair accessibility: It sucks unless you have help to get through the door, or are good at getting through them solo, good luck...

The food depends on who is there and time of day. It's a 24 hour shop. The location is terrible and not very safe. I use to live near by. Last time I was there he added regular mustard and I asked for honey mustard. All he did was scrap it off. The bred was burnt in placed and tosted crispy which was gross. It use to be way better but times are changing

Only one employee working and he barely spoke English . No cups , I couldn’t enjoy a beverage with my food . My feet were sticking to the floor . The hot machine was too hot and my sandwich came out extra crispy . Very sketchy place , definitely some drug deals happening right outside the building and homeless people everywhere .
Taste as what you would expect at any subway. Yet the service here is extraordinary. Super friendly even suggesting places to checkout for tourists.
Place inside looked overall clean. The location is not in the nicest part of downtown.

The food and service was great. The problem is that there were so many that's in the place that it was hard to eat there. Don't even try to get a drink without a lid or you'll have a bad time.

The person in charge of the place on Friday, July 19 at 9:30 pm was more focused on smoking marijuana with his friends at the entrance of the establishment than actually providing the service, he did not even wear any uniform or Subway badge, in addition, he was very rude when I asked him to pack the sandwich in two pieces. This place looks quite worn out, dirty and the area is unsafe at night, I do not recommend it at all, I dare say that it is more of a strategic point at night for the sale of drugs than to really provide a food service worthy of Subways.
