I was trying to order my sandwhich when the workers started yelling at each other, and yelling at the register because it wasn’t working. LITERALLY yelling at each other as I’m standing there patiently waiting for them to be done so I can order. Horrible customer service and attitudes. Never going back.

The lady told me that she had been the only one there and demanded a break for 10-15 minutes when it had only been open for 3 hours. The location doesn’t even get that busy (even if it was) to absolutely need a break after 3 hours of working is ridiculous. We are all busy at work, she should be able to deal with it, and help customers when they are hungry and wanting food. Terrible work ethic and customer service.

Julian made me the most flavorful sandwich that has ever graced my tastebuds, I genuinely came three times! I received excellent customer service including knowledgeable suggestions on which meat and/or bread combination is best!

First, they didn’t have meat i wanted and had me changing it. The other thing was, the new sandwich had a hair inside. what a bad experience, I won’t go back to that place.

They do not meal prep right most of their vegetables have been sitting for too long and there’s not enough employees to care. Their food gave me diarrhea. Shame on you subway for not doing quality checks!

I was at the State Street Subway between 7pm and 8pm. I ordered a #33. The male employee put chicken with cheese steak. Prior to that he had me read what the menu said was on it. I saw him putting chicken on it and he said it is supposed to be on it after he had me read the menu to him? Then he insisted he was right. When I pointed out it was under the cheese steak portion of the menu and not the chicken portion. I told him that nowhere on the menu did it say chicken and steak. I correctly pointed out that sweet onion teriyaki is a sauce not a meat unless it says it in the same sentence. He was very argumentative and did not offer to remake it the proper way. I told him I was done arguing with him and paid and left. Needless to say your employee was rude, misinformed, didn’t know the menu and his customer service was garbage. I will drive the extra time and go to West Linn, for proper service and employees that are familiar with the menu. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Similar experience to many reviews already posted here. I walked out after waiting 30 minutes in line and there were still multiple people ahead of me. One person working and he took a bathroom break.

Staff is friendly enough and tries, but management constantly has the place understaffed. Frequently only one person working during the lunch rush.

They always out of something… well that’s what they tell you… really tho , they just don’t want to grab a tomato from the back. Shelves are bare and even the bottled soda was flat. You’re better off driving to a different location.

There is only 1 person working here every time I come which is at lunch between 11-12..I always order through the app and usually arrive 10 minutes after the app says it should be ready and it’s usually another 10-20 minutes after that..so overall about 45-50 minutes for a 6” sub..not the employees fault, they are great but terrible management.
