Similar experience to many reviews already posted here. I walked out after waiting 30 minutes in line and there were still multiple people ahead of me. One person working and he took a bathroom break.

They always out of something… well that’s what they tell you… really tho , they just don’t want to grab a tomato from the back. Shelves are bare and even the bottled soda was flat. You’re better off driving to a different location.

There is only 1 person working here every time I come which is at lunch between 11-12..I always order through the app and usually arrive 10 minutes after the app says it should be ready and it’s usually another 10-20 minutes after that..so overall about 45-50 minutes for a 6” sub..not the employees fault, they are great but terrible management.

Staff is friendly enough and tries, but management constantly has the place understaffed. Frequently only one person working during the lunch rush.

There was only one employee working during lunch hour rush and had to wait almost 30 mins in line just to order and due to her being extremely slow in making our sandwiches it took another 10 minutes to make 2 subs. Not sure why there are not 2 employees there working but every other subway I have ever been to had always had 2 people. All in all it took 45 minutes to finally sit down with our lunch on top of that there were no napkins in the restaurant and the women’s bathroom was out of toilet paper. Management should be ashamed and do a better job running and managing this subway branch. I will never return there.

Bad food but that isn't what in complaining about. The employee appeared to be high and did the work sloppily. They were kind of rude and asked several times what our order was.

Live close by and order online pickup. Our order takes around 30-45 minutes beyond the time it says it will be ready. They have 1 person working everytime I've been in and they say they aren't allowed to have 2 people working at the same time. The young ones who work there have great attitudes and are very friendly, but I certainly feel they need some extra help. Not sure why they cannot, seems like aren't treated with thoughtfulness by their management.

I've been here twice. Both times I ordered thru the app. Both times they couldn't fulfill the order because they didn't have the ingredients (in talking basics here... bread, meat, real simple stuff). Because I used the app, no refund available according to the employees. First time around the sandwiches I did get were both also wrong.Stay away if you like money actually buying you something, or enjoy getting what you ordered.
