I'm in a wheelchair and they Couldn't give me curb service
I went there, got a sandwich. It was good. Pretty much what you wasn't when you go out for lunch.
Crystal is a sweetheart and makes a damn fine sandwich. I wish there were more employees in there to help. The only reason this doesn't get five stars across the board is cuz there wasn't enough employees to keep things in stock and keep the line moving. Otherwise, excellent place to eat.
Despite receiving the wrong bread types for all four sandwiches we ordered, I literally found hair in my sandwich ( I took a picture, but it didn’t let me attach it here). Plus one of the staff is not friendly at all!
When I went they were out of Turkey ham and pepperoni and the staff seemed clueless.
There were also out of pepper jack and three other cheeses
I turned around and walked out as I was coming in for a turkey sub
Waited in a 4 person line at 12pm in afternoon for over 15 minutes and there were two people making sandwiches so not like they were short a person. Once it was my turn to order I was informed that they were out of meatballs. When I said they should really put a sign on the door saying that instead of making someone wait in line for 15 minutes not knowing I was told “we aren’t allowed to do that”. I ordered something else and was offered no discount for the inconvenience. Nice new looking location ruined by slow service and what sounds like bad ownership policy
They didn't have anything they We're out of half the stuff i asked for to go on my sandwich
Poor customer service, ain’t coming here again.
Okay, I know this is a subway…but the franchise owner (presumably) has let this location go so downhill. You literally can never get what you actually pay for; whether it’s cookies, chips, drinks, toppings, bread, etc. I’m not exaggerating that literally every single time I’m here, there is something missing. Currently, they’re out of 3 toppings I added and ALL of their fountain drinks. Yet I paid on the app for a meal…and they can’t refund me something so I guess I paid for a drink I’m not getting? As if that’s okay? If that’s the case, mark all fountain drinks out of stock so they can’t be ordered—etc.
I’m currently writing this from my toilet as I have food poisoning from this location. I’m not sure if subways are franchised but if they are, this is the worst one I’ve ever been to. The staff is hit or miss, but the sandwiches are always poorly made. With better management this could be a great location.

Ohh subway!! The OG sandwich spot where it’s hard to go wrong. This location has a line big parking lot and easy access. The store has tons of windows so it is well lit inside. Nice place to sit down and eat lunch. I decided to try one of the new sidekicks. They now offer small wraps with a variety of fillings. One is pepperoni and cheese, one is chicken and cheese and they have another with double cheese. For the sweet tooth, they even make a foot long cookie, a foot long churro, and they teamed up with Auntie Annie’s and they have a foot long soft baked salted pretzel and cheese sauce. They have 3 new spicy subs on the menu with a Ghost Pepper Bread. Spicy Nacho Chicken, Spicy Nacho Steak, and Fiery Meatball.
The sandwich will be what you ask it to be, you curate the construction, if you want something, ask for it, if you want more of something, ask for it, if you don’t want something, don’t ask for it.
If you’re not in the mood for a sandwich, they can make any sandwich into a Salad, and they also do Wraps.
Happy Eating!!!
Arrived third in line, but 15 minutes I still wasn’t helped. Prioritizing online orders to the point you are making customers wait that long in store is inappropriate. I had to miss lunch or be late. No reason it should take that long. Hire more people.

Took orders and made up for multiple take away sandwiches and only informed us they are put of half the sauces at the end. Then if you don't want it anymore you feel like the jerk, so you just end up with sandwiches you don't want and would have picked something else if you knew they didn't have the ingredients.
Says it's open until 11pm. I show up at 942pm today and they are closed. Bad business to not stay open the hours posted on the door.
The first thing I saw upon entering was a rather barren store. A clear lack of tables, and the drink coolers nearly empty. What sealed this store’s fate (at least for me) was the fact that there were only five vegetable options available, much less than what should normally be available. If you’re looking for a Subway in N or NE Portland, this one ain’t it. A much better experience is available on NE MLK
