If I could give this review, zero stars, I would. Let’s start off with, I ordered online. Waited like 30 minutes just for there to be nothing I ordered in the bag. I’m mean close to nothing. I have more than nine items That I ordered and about two things made it. Called the store just out get cussed out and told not to come to the store or call again. I understand how it’s like in customer service, so I tried my best to be patient, but being met with immediate disrespect, just wouldn’t fly. 0 STARS DONT GO HERE.

Been waiting over 30 minutes for an online order that I was already late to pickup. Only one employee working during a very busy time of day. Poor management.

The manager or supervisor was so rude to his employees. There was a rush and the two employees were trying their best but the ponytail rude supervisor was just screaming at them and the customers too? If we took longer than two seconds he would start yelling the ingredients at us. He was yelling at the door dash people and the customers and his employees. Most uncomfortable experience just grabbing a bite to eat ever. Employees deserve a raise here, I've seen the same guy talk down to other employees here before too.

Only 1 person working so it took a long time. They were out of most breads, and several sodas and no ice tea. A worker came in when the other person's shift ended but was unqualified to handle the job so the other person had to stay. She burnt the bread, screaming baby made for an unpleasant experience

Slow service, and one guy served 10 costumer’s!!!!!!
Went in and there’s a an African American gentleman working and closing the location down by 9 instead of 9:30. He didn’t lock the doors or try to put a sign stating they were closed. A lady was inside the restaurant that wasn’t in uniform and when we turned round to head back home she was completely gone. Please management get this location under control or shut it down because the people running it is rude and unprofessional and flat out not doing their job or jobs.

The shop was full of cobwebs over the bread area they were not prepared slow service one of the workers nose was running while making sandwiches they were completely overwhelmed need more help

I work at a local high school and often stop by this subway location. Every time I come in, no matter how busy or how slow, Jason always greets me with a warm welcome. He is quick to step in and help support his teammates, and he always ensures that myself and other customers have a positive experience. I typically wouldn’t leave a review for Subway, but I am compelled to because of the consistent level of excellent service that I receive
