It's a super trashy Subway I've never seen a Subway so trashy it's so understaffed and overworked you can just tell everybody hates being there it's not even worth going and getting your food they're always out of everything their managers lied to their employees and make them all with the angry normally I don't say boycott a place but this place needs to be boycotted

Im so pissed tf off my online order was detaiked what I specifically wanted my sandwich cane as the complete opposite i order Tuna Sub and received Shredded rotisserie chicken i asked for mayo etc etc only received Chipotle sauce ??! They just dont care at all but you dont play with what people need to consume in their bodies

This place was amazing. The building looked updated, inside the lobby was roomy and clean, the service was excellent and the food was great minus one item......Do not order the footlong churro to go. By the time we got home it was hard and chewy, even when reheated.

Gave them the benefit of the doubt, but this location didn’t have chicken, bacon, tuna and around 10+ other ingredients for multiple weeks in a row. Pretty much only ham or turkey available, limited extras.

Subway in general has declined over the years, but THIS one hasn’t gotten a delivery order right in ages, and there’s something wrong every time I try to dine in here. They run out of bread more often than the McD’s ice cream machine is down. I now recommend EAST SIDE DELI: it’s right down the street, it’s local and I’ve never had an issue.

Let me start by saying this was my first time to this location and I was truly disappointed. Not once were we greeted. Not a single customer was. There was one guy working so I gave him the benefit as it was a little busy. However he didn’t once smile, greet and barely talked. When a coworker did finally emerge he didn’t even bother to try to hop on and help with the line. 5 people behind me alone. They whispered to each other but didn’t really talk to the customers. It took the one kid almost 10 minutes to get my sandwiches made. They barely had any product out on the counters for sandwiches.I understand times get busy but the lack of just basic customer service, staffing clearly needs to be upped. But train your employees to at least greet people. I’ve never seen a subway where the employees just moved so slowly and took 10 minutes to make one customers sandwich. And I wish I was exaggerating on that.

I have been living in the neighborhood near this location for a decade now I have seen it change owners several times and I haven't liked this location for several years now but I got to say since the latest owners took over and did the renovations and they got some friendlier employees working for them now it's really turned this place around.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly, pet friendly, also they have churros now which kids love!

I got a footlong two days in a row. The second day I asked them to toast the bread 1.5 times and both days it is chewy and unflaky as all get up. The subway down in Milwaukie knew how to do it, why can't they? It's not even warm! BOTH DAYS. Probably won't return to this location and am saddened. The bread is so disappointing.

When working in Food service washing your hands is an absolute there is no gray area i shouldnt have to remind a worker to wash their hands after touching money nor should the worker be taking the money with gloves on please educate your staff on hand cleanliness and how its the first response in fighting diseases especially now that we all live in a world of covid now ?
