I tried to give this one a second chance and it was just as disappointing. I was in line again with one person ahead of me and an online order. It took 30 minutes to get my order done. I had a six inch sub. They need to staff more than one person, I feel bad for the employee. And then what looked like a manger came walking in and just slooooowly started filling lettuce and at this point there were two people behind me. Absolutely horribly managed location. Treat people as employees not slave drivers, they don't get paid enough to deal with angry people because of your poor management.

Place was clean and welcoming, we were greeted, even though they were busy. Bathrooms were clean and stocked.

I walked into this subway with my expectations low cause subway seems to be a dying business ever since Jared got caught being a Cho Mo, however Emma gave the best service she could considering there was basically a line out the door and was there all by herself. She seemed to keep a positive attitude given she’s there by herself. I come to this subway often and she seems to be the only one there ever. There is this long haired dude who’s always making weird comments to her while they are working when he is there things about like being in a relationship and makin others feel uncomfortable herself included. She looks very uncomfortable when he makes those comments it’s happened twice since I’ve been there. But if there is anyone to complain about it’s the manager lady woman Toni? I think her name is. Talk about rude to their employees! She’s constantly talking down about who she works with and belittles her own crew! I’ve seen her at this location and one headed twords Tigard. Props to Emma for holding down the fort! You go girl!

Appallingly terrible experience! Emma was wildy rude to a delivery driver who had waited a laughably long time for ONE single sandwich. She was incredibly slow making sandwiches and did not say thank you or apologize! Instead she simply gave snarky comments and clearly does not give a rats rear end about delivery drivers or customers! Unacceptable behavior! Completely ruined my experience and evening! This is not ok Subway! Make it right!

This last Saturday night, Sept 7, at 8:45 PM, (15 minutes before you closed) I realized I had no contributions for our Church's next day, after service, Sunday Potluck! And I would be picked up to go to Church at 9:30 in the morning. (I live in an Assisted Living facility, and had no groceries or transport to get any,
So using my walker, I managd to leave my building about 8:40 in the morning, and got there a few minutes before your employee CODY had readied all to open at 9 AM!
With the finest, fastest preperation, he made twice as many subs that were on sale for a special cost.
Talk about a Sunday Morning Miracle!
Such was Cody's generous service to our potluck ~
He's a stellar employee!!

Horrible service. Ordered online and my meal should have been ready at 12:40. I go inside at 1 to see what’s going on (I ordered for curbside) and they said they haven’t even started making my sandwich. Rude cashier on top of it. I should have just gone inside, my sandwich would have been made quicker. My sandwich was done another 10 minutes later. No one brought it out or notified me it was done. Don’t recommend, won’t be back and I’ll be sure to let everyone know.

The people that work here are so stupid. No customer service skills. Dont know what goes in their sandwhiches, dont know how to ring up at the register. I was in there for 35 minuets and there was one person in the entire location.

Management should train new people how to make sandwiches I tell that there were only 2 slices of bacon on the sandwich but I think was 3 says not only 2 well after that started with condiments so added so much mayo oil never requested to much of that didn't argue again other locations make better sandwiches joust to tell what I want and that's it

i go to this subway a lot since i live right next to it. i never ever have problems with the staff or service or anything. but there’s this one worker there that seems to be bothered by the world the two times i’ve seen her. n i never expect subway to have top notch service bc like it’s subway- never gonna be perfect. but after i was done ordering my sandwich i ordered a churro-which i had never tried before so that tells you I had no knowledge on how their churro process works- the churros i’ve ordered from other places before-they’re always ready n out there by the time i order so i thought it was something they would already have out. so when i order it- the girl makes a loud scuff/sigh sound-clearly annoyed that i was ordering a churro… expecting me to know i was suppose to order it before my sandwich… but again… if i’ve never had it before… how tf am i suppose to know that? that’s the problem with these people sometimes is they expect you to know their work policies n rules n the way things work n if you don’t then you’re the one that’s in the wrong… like she totally made me feel like i was in the wrong for ordering-bc after, she confronts me about it. (and mind you i’ve worked in retail/customer service/the food service for 7 years now. so i get that feeling of being annoyed at somebody who doesn’t get our policy or something-but i never take it out on them- but you could tell by the fake /petty professional customer service voice she used-she was definitely clearly annoyed about this little thing that also literally took 30 seconds to warm up.) she goes “just next time let us know you’re gonna order the churro beforehand because we have to make it” made me feel so weird n felt like i had done something wrong when rly she didn’t even need to say anything- she’s just clearly mad at something or hates her job that much so she felt the need to take it out on me lol embarrassing….

Placed a mobile order for 12:30 on the app it said it was ready. Went in to pick it up and even arrived later and it wasn’t ready. The guy asked me what I was there for and said he’d start making it.. 20 minutes later he turns and asks me what I was waiting for again. He finally finishes making the sandwich’s and instead of wrapping them up he starts mopping. While he’s mopping he says to me “careful it’s wet but if you fall you can get workman’s comp” then proceeds to fall knocking the sandwich into the condiments. He then grabs the fallen sandwich from the condiments and puts it back together. I finally got my sandwich’s after about 40 minutes of waiting.
