Ordered from Uber Eats. Never received one sandwich even though it was on the receipt. Obviously counting to two for two sandwiches proved too difficult.

I came here near close (around 7:00) & there was one person working, almost all the veggies were gone & nothing was fresh. Told me that there was only two bread options but when I asked them if there might have flat bread magically there was. Every time I have gone to a subway I always get Black Forest Ham & this time they didn't have it at all even though it's still on the menu? I wouldn't recommend this one to anyone, I would tell people to go to the one near the high school (Ida B Wells)Parking: The close parking is on a hill

Worst service I've ever received. Firstly I was leaning against the ledge by the counter waiting for my turn and the lady looks at me and says "really you're gonna do that? Fine do what you want." Without me even saying a word. Then she asks what I want and I say a steak egg and cheese, and she throws her hands up saying that doesn't help her know what bread. There was nothing to elicit any of this behavior. Whoever was working on 11/3 at 3:00, yikes.

Worker very busy but did a great job all by himself. Said his co worker did not show up for the second day. I hope that co worker is fired and the guy who was there gets a bonus. Where was the manager? Poor management !!!

the worker was being rude to us because we didn't know customers only could use the bathroom cuz we never walked in a subway like that? And she told us and I said "oh..." as in I feel bad and I was gonna apologize but then she interrupted me and said "oh" back to me rudely. She told us we had to buy something so then we was gonna buy cookies and then told us "well I'm already making all these sandwiches, so you can just go" and it was just a confusion of her telling us to buy something and telling us that how it is next time?? But there is no next time I don't even live near that subway and I've never been to one where a worker is so rude to us about using a bathroom. So ig you can read this to know they'll be rude to you about using a bathroom?I don't like to be that bish that does reviews like these, but like wtf don't be rude???

$16 for a single foot long sandwich, drink, and a tiny bag of chips... I know inflation is out of control but other fast food places haven't doubled in price. Wendy's you can still get a whole meal for $6

Horrible customer experience. Two people working there, a man who was wearing a cap, piercing, with blonde facial hair was extremely rude. my husband was nice and greeted him he replied "um hi." And after ordering and saying which bread, he rolled his eyes and irritatedly replied. "Yeah that's gonna be a minute" with the most angry voice. I took my family out of there.
Subway sucks now a days u get no meat just bread every location ill never spend a neather dime at any subway,so many ppl agree with me

Purchased a footlong 2/7/23 around 5pm. Did not put in a bag for me. I didn't bother asking, but it's always been automatic that they put the sandwich in a bag with napkins. This is after i gave a good tip. Upon unwrapping the sandwich discover it was whole and not cut in half. I did not have a knife so had to eat it whole. Not the end of the work. On the fence if I'll ever go back to this location. Very disappointed.

There was one person working and a line of 10 people. It took 30 minutes to even order. Either get more help or close it down. These are all individual owned and whoever owns this needs to learn how to run a business.

Well, I gave the location five stars because the staff was friendly and made my sandwich to order in under 2 minutes. So I don't want to downgrade the experience based on the quality of the restaurant or the nice people working there. However, I decided to try the "Hero" 1 carb bread on an Outlaw sandwich (steak, peppers and onions with a spicy sauce), which they uncharge $0.75 for the bread. While the ingredients were tasty, I must say the bread was completely flavorless. It had the texture of bread, but if I ate it by itself, closed my eyes and was asked to describe the taste, I couldn't tell you if I was eating bread or a sponge (not that I've ever eaten a sponge) There was no taste to it at all, and unfortunately, made the sandwich experience underwhelming. Would not recommend adding it to your bucket list.
