This place sucks. Don't bother placing online orders for pickup here. 4 separate times Ive come in 40 minutes after placing my order AFTER it says it's done 'building' and they haven't even started. Tonight I go in after placing my order (took my time getting there) I get in and was informed that they were out of the sauce I ordered. Dude offered me a couple free cookies, okay cool whatever. I get home and it's also not the right bread. Go 2 miles down the road to the west union location.

I order a curbside pick order through the app. No one came for about 10 mins so I went inside..( I’ve always order curbside for there before) the girl said they stop doing curbside since covid.. that’s a lie. Then she said she was the only one in the shop and could leave( which I totally understand) but then she said she was a minor and she can’t meet random people at their cars? The whole situation was werid… so I guess they have minors alone at the store ?? On top of that they messed up my order.

Fair Review

This location is a complete scam and should be audited immediately. If you try to use a coupon when ordering online, your order will be canceled without any refund. Someone from the store will call you with a ridiculous excuse, like not having bread or the food you ordered, and they’ll tell you to cancel the order yourself through the app—except there’s no way to do that.

When you explain this, they’ll pretend to be a new employee, claim they need to call their manager, and then hang up on you. After that, good luck getting a refund or even a response. I’ve already filed multiple complaints with Subway about this location, and I hope they take action. Whoever is managing this place is running a fraudulent operation, and Subway needs to address these illegal activities immediately.

They were out of ham, cookies and chips. My daughter came home with the saddest looking turkey sub. There was very little turkey in it. We will only go to the Bethany Village location from now on.

I have been visiting this place for a while, and usually they are out of stuff. Today, they were out of bread at 6:30 pm Saturday. Not a consistent branch.

Don't eat here at this location. It's terrible. The bread was not fresh. You can tell because the outer skin of the bread flakes off in big pieces when you pick it up (I hope you are eating outside or your car or kitchen table will be covered with a pile of stale crumbs). The grill chicken is disgusting. It was frozen and it stinks. I did not have time to return it for a refund, but I had to throw it out because it was so disgusting. I thought that Subway was trying to reform their brand, but it's worse than every.

1. They are almost always out of some ingredients. Today they ran out of lettuce, tomatoes, and olives. Last time it was bread - I went with the honey oat bread which was the only one they had.2. They almost always make it with wrong ingredients (eg added veggies that I didn’t ask for or didn’t add ones I did ask for)3. The Subway poster says 2x cheese or extra meat but they never give that - one sandwich I ordered only had 1 tiny layer of turkey. The kids working there don’t know how to make the sandwiches.4. They don’t read the special instructions. I had written to cut the sandwiches into 1/4 pieces but they never did.5. The kids working behind the counter always seem to be socializing with the other kids at the restaurant while the online orders keep coming in. This explains why my order was late and why I suspect others have the same experience.I recommend the owner change their management and train their staff. For customers, I recommend going to any other Subway location.

The worst ever Subway place I've ever been to. They are always out of most of the items. I ordered pickup for buffalo chicken and veggie sandwiches. The veggie sandwich had only lettuce, little spinach and 3-4 onion pieces and no sauces at all. The buffalo chicken sandwich was all mushy and squeezed, the veggies (again only selected veggies) were all out of the bread. The special instructions were clearly ignored. The guy there was rude to talk to and didn't acknowledge any single mistake. This place is clearly going downhill and won't be surprised if gets closed. Please avoid this place !!!
