I'm very unhappy with this subway. They would not honor a special from the corporate arm of Subway for $6.99 for a footlong roast beef. I went there today wanting to enjoy a sandwich but I was turned away. This is classic bait and switch. As I said I am very unhappy.

April 11, 2025 around lunch. Very rude experience. Location doesn't take coupons although they are delivered to our local area where this store is. Kinda a trick to get people in.
Employee was rude. I was asking for prices for simple subs and got waived in the general direction of the menu without any interest in providing additional help. While I was looking and ready to place an order the employee just went to the next person in line even though we had been waiting longer
Just wanted a simple sandwich for the kids. Ended up leaving because they were rude and didn't care
Disappointed.
I am quite disappointed with my recent experience. The staff at this location is always friendly and professional, which is why I feel the issue lies more with the process rather than the individual who prepared my sandwich. The bread had melted cheese at the edges, which I've never encountered at any other Subway location. Additionally, the bread itself did not seem fresh, and the tomato was smashed, leading me to question the quality and freshness of the ingredients. I also noticed that some key ingredients, like jalapeños, were missing.
That being said, I still want to acknowledge the hard work of the staff, and I would rate them highly for their service. It seems that the overall quality and process may have dropped, possibly due to timing or the end-of-day rush, as it was not as fresh as it usually is during midday.

Marzi the manager was rude the whole time while making our sandwiches. The meatball sandwich was dry and but into an olive pit. Honestly worst subway we have been to.

I just left after waiting 20 mins. Between 2 staff members they only were able to make it through one in-store order. When I showed up I was 2nd in line and when I left there were at least 5 people behind me. I completely understand managing online vs in person orders and the delays it causes in person guests. I visit Starbucks often. It’s a balance. But 1 in person order every 20 mins is a bit too long..
