I got home with my order and found that even though the milk I'd purchased wasn't set to expire for over a month, it was rotten. I called and asked for a refund on the drink, and was told the clerk couldn't do that over the phone but would have a manager call me. 7 days later, no call.Sandwiches and cookies were good, hence the two stars, but I'll be steering clear of that location after this.

First time trying subway, never coming back. Staff was rude after I explained it was my first time here. Even though I was the only person in the store she didn't want to explain how anything worked, I felt rushed the entire time for no reason.

The worker was rude and was careless. I asked for toasted egg and mozzarella and the egg and cheese were hard and cold. They were reluctant to help and seemed confused with every request I made. I asked for egg and he asked me if I wanted meat. I asked for mozzarella and he asked if I wanted cheese.

I used their restroom which requires a code to get in and found drugs in tin foil on the toilet paper holder. If a kid found that it could have been extremely dangerous. I told the staff who didn’t seem to care.

They need to keep the sandwich making area cleaner it was very dirty with food scraps everywhere, made me want to go somewhere else.

The 3 girls working the counter were efficient, friendly and accurate. You can tell they work well together and at least one of the girls is very experienced. I used to work at subway and they blew away my expectations

I bought subs here a lot of times and every time i come here, they are very rude to me and give me weird looking faces when I told them to change gloves. They cross contaminate food and can't keep things separate. If they can't serve people and provide good customer service then they shouldn't be working there. They even give me unpacked to go order and when I ask them for a bag to carry out she threw the food and the separate bag at me and walked away raising her eye brows. Whoever manages/owns here, if you can't train people and show them how things are done properly then don't open businesses please.

I placed an online order for 4 sandwiches and every single one was made incorrectly. They added ingredients I didn't order, didn't add ingredients that I was charged extra for (avocado), and the sandwiches I ordered toasted were not toasted. They also came wrapped in a way that made it nearly impossible to unwrap without dropping the sandwich.Dietary restrictions: I was given ingredients I did not order, if I had been allergic this could have injured me.
