Had sent in an online order, great pricing considering special and discounts I had but, came home unwrapped my ft long to a messy uncut sloppy put together sandwich. Terrible I definitely not coming back to this location.

This place "Yells" at you as you walk in-carrying your coupon -That "THEY DON'T TAKE COUPONS BECAUSE THE OWNER DOESN'T LIKE TO LOSE MONEY" won't go back .

They charging 2 dollars extra for 2 jalapeño slices i mean I have only asked lady for just couple jalapeños slices and she charged me extra veggie charges she not informing also

The paper handwritten sign said back in 5 minutes on the entry door. I left after 20. Figured maybe someone had a personal issue to tend to...The 20 minutes plus whatever time I was there easily 30 minutes...

The owner and his son are utter scum bags, they fail to train to properly clean or store food up to code or even monitor if the employees are doing anything correctly. The cameras haven't worked in a decade either. The employees will pocket your money into the tip jar and not ring you up right in front of your face.

Just stopped off at the Subway on 102nd and Halsey. First off, I only go to Subway if I have a coupon. FYI... they no longer accept coupons at this location. There are no signs anywhere and nothing posted on the door stating that, and they don't tell you until you're ready to pay. I should have just told them that I didn't want my sandwich, but the ladies working behind the counter were really nice, so I paid full price. I also don't like their new metal meat/cheese covering station. I've seen those in other Subways as well. They are there for "freshness." Makes me wonder what they are hiding. So if you have a coupon, do not go to this cheap ass owners franchise. They even asked me if I wanted a bag for my sandwich. Of course I do! And no napkin in my bag.

Stopped in today Sunday October 29th 5:25 p.m. on my lunch break from work went in and asked if I could get the code for the bathroom it was unlocked I started to use it the cashier behind the register said are you going to buy a sandwich I said absolutely she said our owner asked that you do that before you use the restroom I said really okay well I wanted to use the restroom and wash my hands get my sandwich I'm on my lunch break I spend over $200 a month at Subway pretty much do Subway everyday at work for lunch I get half for lunch half for dinner done and I have proof of that on my bank statements and my credit card statements I walked out the door did not buy a sandwich from them went across the street to Carl's Jr not my first choice but I have never been treated so rudely I asked her for the owner's name she said every franchise is different but she couldn't give me the owner's name said she's not allowed to give that information out I can find it on the website no but I found a place to leave a review on the website thank you I wouldn't go to this one it's gateway definitely the hood I can't write the food because I didn't get to get a sandwich but I love Subway just will not frequent this one and I wouldn't recommend it to anybody else it's a nice new little store very rude customer service though good thing it wasn't an emergency on my need to use the bathroom or that I didn't have a child with me that needed to use the bathroom but we got to purchase our sandwiches first it's not like subways fast when they're making your sandwich which is fine but not when I need to go to the bathroom and want to wash my hands also I'm wondering what am I supposed to do by my sandwich and then take it into the bathroom with me gross I would never also none of the employees were named tags and refused to give their names maybe why they feel so free to be rude my interaction was with a female there was a gentleman stocking chips and he was friendlier when I asked for the code and then I said it was open he said okay and it was the female behind the counter that said make sure she's going to buy a sandwich first and I said I'm going to buy a sandwich she said you need to do that first etc it was just an unpleasant experience

This Subway always has fresh cookies on Saturday morning! I appreciate that! Had an excellent sandwich as usual. Don't appreciate the new metal cover or the massive options add to the menu. Great service by the young lady on Saturday morning!

Really disappointed that I get coupons yet cannot use them in my local store. It's very upsetting. Whether franchised or corporate a SUBWAY coupon should be used at any SUBWAY.That is just wild to me!

They don’t take coupons, I don’t care about that just a heads up. But the red headed tattooed female employee was rude. I don’t appreciate the bad attitude from the start of my order and the slapping together of my wimpy sandwich that wouldn’t get my 9 month old full. Her attitude was slightly better with other customers, I don’t know if she’s racist or what but I wouldn’t be surprised. And she kept forgetting what I asked for and asked me rudely again. Maybe stop smoking crack on your breaks.

You have got to fix your co2.. if hire a diffenrent pop company. Your food is great! But your pop is flat as hell.
