Store closes at 8 but will still accept orders. You have to call and figure out how to get a refund. Business hours need to be updated.

Order app status and situation in this subway is totally wrong. My order says ready to pick up but it is not when I reached the subway after 15 mins of mentioned time.
I don’t recommend this if you are in hurry and want to grab something on your way.
Even after I waited for 10 more mins it’s still not ready.
The waitress is arrogant.

This place is garbage! Sandwich I ordered had the wrong bread and when in store to get a footlong they were super stingy with extra veggies telling me 12 pickle slices is the max! So I pointed out that most were half slices and requested whole one instead then but they were less then helpful! Go to any other subway even if it’s an extra couple miles it’s worth the drive. Oh and there was a hair in it since I couldn’t get the extra pickles I guess they decided to go off recipe for that little addition! Thanks shitty subway I’d rather work the corner on my knees to get my protein than ever visit this establishment again!!!

Got to wait 15 minutes for a sandwich an was the second customer in line finally made it out after 20 minutes how does it take this long an every thing is wilted an just gross looking didn't realize I had to do a quality inspection when being expected to pay for food every employee is the same lazy an slow don't go here if you are on any type of a schedule an the fountain machines bin down for over a year I am no business man but seems weird they are still open

Can’t believe subways have this bad services. Either manager or supervisor do not know how to train their staffs. Or even they are same all the way.
Employee like drunk. Just chit chat with other 2 people. Took their order like 10mins then made their food like forever….keep talking and talking like they are friends. Left the store and never come back. Saturday 7:15pm 11/02/2024.

Y’all really took my order said to arrive at 8:30 PM SUNDAY it says y’all are currently open right now until 10PM. Oct 27th 2024 processed my payment and everything just for me to arrive seeing someone packing up the store and fully ignore me walking to the back!
Placed an online order. Was not started by the time I got there, worker wanted to help the next person in line which was fine (they were the only person in there). Said he was going to start on my order next. I said okay then ran the grocery store next door to grab something while I waited. I came back 10+ minutes later he still had not started on my order and instead started other new costumer orders. After he finished those then he made the world’s worst sandwiches. Both sandwiches were missing cheese, had very little toppings and were poorly put together. Would not recommend this subway

Only person working was yelling at the toaster oven because it wasn't taking her presses.

Worst customer service I have ever had. I tried to call them 6 times in a row, and they wouldn't answer to make a modification on my delivery. The first time they answered, they hung up. They ended up delivering me the wrong order to top it off. 👌

Picked up sandwiches for our flight the next morning. Asked for them to be dry, so they would not be soggy. One was. One was not.
You can still get the old school sandwiches here. They are just written smaller on the right side of the board. Less expensive too.

The Sandwich artist was a very nice young man, however it was not that busy and it took about 45 minutes from the time we walked into the time we got out for a two-gol order. He needed some help it was somewhat busy, but he was very slow, management has always been horrible there, owner does not know how to run a business, it's kind of service has happened over and over, now when I want to go to Subway by drive out of my neighborhood to another one that is not owned by the same incompetent owner

Today i had the amazing experience of meeting Allyson,
Who is easily the rudest, and most inhospitable, service worker I have encountered in recent memory. She was complaining loudly on the phone about an HR issue, and sighed and down-casted her face the moment we came through the door. She was throwing things on the line, 1/6 pans and bun racks. I'd fire her if she worked for me. Glad she doesn't. I do not envy her manager.
