Management and employees were extremely rude to my partner over using EBT, which the sign on the door says they take, their website says they take, and the EBT website says they take. They wouldn’t even take EBT. Called my partner entitled over being poor and just wanting something to eat on their lunch break.

I walked into the store the employee was sitting on a car outside. The employee eventually made it in the store. Did not address me at all or look at me. I was the only customer in the store. She proceeded behind the counter and turned her back on me and started unloading bread oven/racks. Then proceeded to wash her hands. Still hadn’t addressed me in any manner, or turned to even look at me. I decided I didn’t want to eat there and I was starving. I had come over from the hardware store because I smelt the bread. As I was leaving I thought maybe their was another employee that was supposed to be attending the counter. I stopped and asked her was she the only employee in the store? She continued to look forward as if she didn’t see me. I asked her again and she turned and looked at me and answered yes. I walked out. I don’t know if this is how you run your business. Maybe you could retrain your employee. I’ll make it a point to not come back to this location. It was Saturday Dec 16 about 2:45pm.

So slow. I ordered ahead and the app said my order was ready but when I got to the location my sandwiches were not ready and not even being worked on. The ticket was on the back counter.

CJ was awesomely amazing!!! We were the worst kind of customer, we put in an online order at the last minute possible. Literally. Then changed our sandwich ingredients completely on both our sandwiches, and added a few things. CJ killed it with the sandwiches, I don't say this lightly, the BEST subway sandwich I've ever had. Ever, and she never made me feel any kind of way for being a horrible customer!!! Thanks CJ!!

I'm not sure this place is even open. I moved in just around the block and have tried e d to call the store for weeks now and never, never get an answer. Food was all messed up and nobody to contact.

Looking at these reviews. I realized that people don’t get how online orders impact workers and especially when they are low staff. So before you give a low star because your order wasn’t exactly on time or that you were told other online orders came first. Realize one person doing everything isn’t easy. Also she loads the sandwiches lovely!!
