Whoever manages this Subway does a horrible job. I ordered my food on the app around 40 minutes ago, came into the store around 30 minutes ago and some people still haven't ordered their walk up order. They're clearly understaffed, and whoever is managing the staffing is being cheap. Super unfortunate because the workers were actually awesome.

Ordered through delivery service. On all 3 of our subs, the bread was old, all 3 sandwiches were tiny, absolutely not worth what we paid for. If it had all just been mediocre, I would have given more stars, but it never even came close to mediocrity.

when a customer comes in, please keep in mind we all have schedules so, to be overlooked and have you serve another customer because you wanted to get people out of the store. I would suggest to say to the customer, would you mind if I help this other customer first because all they have is 1 item. The issue is not how many items but rather, the importance of simple communication to the customer's. If I wasn't buying my coworkers lunch, then, I would have left because never do I ever want to make someone feel that I don't see them and value there time.

I went in the Eastport Subway to order a sub and it was soooo hot that I couldn't even order. The gentlemen behind the counter, Logan was so nice and polite and tried to accommodate me but I couldn't stand the heat in the store. I felt so badly for him and for any employee that has to work under those conditions.

One staff who was there was nice and sandwich was loaded full of chicken and cheese, just maybe not enough veggies. But still it yummy and worth coming. It is also great they work late hours.

I just left this location and there was a terrible customer. She was rude, loud, condescending. The employees, Angela, and her coworker were very patient and professional. I was very impressed with their level of kindness and grace they gave this awful person. I do not think I could have been as kind and patient. Thank you Angela for being a kind and good person.
