My order said it was done and ready for pick up at 8:10pm. I walked into the restaurant and there is only 1 worker and 12 people ordering and/or waiting g for thier order.
If orders are not ready by pick up time....they need to be refunded. If not, then this Subway needs to be closed.

They really are open 24hrs! Go see Greg he makes the best subway sandwiches ive ever had! They have vegan options! Delicious and staff was great! Best subway i ever went to

They did not grill my spicy Italian, and they put the wrong bread. All of the ingredients tasted old; the cheese was dry and borderline unsafe to eat. My child could have made a better sandwich.

Review as of 10/17/2025: the gentleman of Indian descent who works graveyards should be let go in my opinion, (I cant remember his name), I go to this Subway often since its 24/7, when I come in at 5am, this employee has ignored me on 2 occasions, will just stand in the employee area not doing anything & refuse to make me a sandwich. Also another instance has very poor attitude, looks visibly frustrated, and terrible customer service skills/ability communicate, its rather odd...I really used to enjoy coming here early in the morning when I get off work but whenever this employee is working I just dont even bother regardless if there is a line or not..

Whoever manages this Subway does a horrible job. I ordered my food on the app around 40 minutes ago, came into the store around 30 minutes ago and some people still haven't ordered their walk up order. They're clearly understaffed, and whoever is managing the staffing is being cheap. Super unfortunate because the workers were actually awesome.
