A customer service.was horrible. The bread was really dry and they maybe put like 1 or 2 pickles on your sandwich or maybe 1 or 2 olives on your sandwich, and that's it. And And brown lettuce on your Sandwich They did not want to put hardly anything on your sandwich.

Had a very uncomfortable experience on February 26, 2025 with the only employee in the store at approximately 1:15PM. He identified himself as the store manager. He was extremely rude to me and my coworker. We are Black, elderly, females and after waiting patiently to be served he was abrasive, rude, curt, and disrespectful to say the least. When asked why was he speaking to us in that manner, he responded he could talk to us anyway he wanted and if we didn't like it he didn't have to serve us! Needless to say I told him he could just eat those sandwiches he was making and a few other choice words; however, I did not use profanity! People of color brace yourself if you choose to patron this store!

This location is done at 5p on weekdays and closed all weekend. The area is mostly empty office buildings with boards on the windows so it's kind of depressing. You can't see the meats and cheese anymore because a large metal lid blocks the view. Staff are quite brusk and seem unhappy.

One of the worst Subways in the area because it is not the only bad one, the place is super dirty, the service is terrible, the workers do not take care of themselves and I mean they look bad because they look like ex-convicts or homeless, they should monitor them, the preparation of the subs is very bad, they do not even know how to close a sandwich when they finish it, very bad experience.

I walked in order lunch on my work break today. I bearly my hand on the sneeze gard, and it moved. I immediately apologized profusely saying "I'm sooo sorry! I totally apologize! I am sooo embarrassed!!"The lady worker never smiled, never looked me in the eye, never greeted me, never sad "It's ok..."Just said, "What do you want?" In a very stern voice! I said "listen,... I'm so sorry I moved the sneeze gard. I'm so embarrassed!" Smiling nervously.She said nothing and just looked at me with a frown.So I just left. She was super rude!!!

Ok. The sandwich was good. Not great. But good. But, in a moment of personal stupidity, I bought a trio of cookies. All of which were by turns terrible, weirdly chemical tasting, and overly sweet. Yuck. Stay away from the cookies.
