Not the most pleasant experience here. The food was subpar, but the service is terrible. Lowers the bar for all subway restaurants. Would not reccomend going to this location definitely try hillsdale.

$16 dollars for a footlong and they skimp on toppings. The bread was also very crumbly.

I ordered online and used a coupon code. I think thats why they skimped on my sub. I ordered teo footlongs but was given a six inch for one of them so i had to ask for the other half at pickup. That was when i found out they were missing a bunch of ingredients they werent planning on telling me about until they had to because i watched them make the new sub.

They make breadier sandwiches than jimmy johns.

Do not eat here. Wilted brown lettuce, slimy tomatoes. And horrible service. Old bread, flaked like it was day old bread. Dry as all get out. Health department ought to pay this store a visit soon.

I can’t believe how awful the experience I just had here was.

I paid $18 for a sandwich with three pieces of meat on it. It was horribly dry. The guy making it seemed so confused.

The sandwich was just pure bread so I threw away 2/3rds of it and left, still hungry to go buy a different lunch.

All of this was happening while a woman yelled at another woman to talk more quietly about the fact that they have a pest problem, which they were walking around and investigating in the lobby.

I could’ve ignored everything else if I’d had a proper lunch, honestly. Leaving hangry and having wasted nearly $20 with a stomach full of pure carbs, really pisses me off personally.

Doesn’t take the coupons that they mailed to me. What’s the point in taking an ad out for coupons if you’re not going to honor the coupons.

I tried to use a coupon and the lady behind the counter stated” this is only for a participant subway” when I asked her who is the participant subway do you have a list or contact# she sayed I don’t know !! I’m just working here, I have no information?

The absolutely most despicable and deplorable miserable experience I’ve ever had! Such awful and RACIST service! I come in and mind you the place was empty the guy was in the back washing something comes out mumbling something about “your gunna get everything dirty” there’s still 40mins till closing and then I look to my dad about what bread he wants (we’re speaking Spanish) and the guy mumbles something about “can’t even speak English” I confront his comment and he says some bs about “no no I can’t speak Spanish”. We left and as we’re getting in the car he flips us off! Don’t spend your money here let me recommend Muchas Gracias across the street.

This is the cleanest most well organized Subway I’ve been to in years. It reminds me of how it used to be back in the day when I was a kid. I definitely credit that to the wonderful older woman who works there. I wish I had her name but she sounded Ukrainian or Russian. She’s always very quick, kind, and you can tell she really takes care of that place. As soon as I get her name I will be updating! This will be the Subway location of choice for me as long as she is there, just wonderful!

I was just here a month ago, and asked about the ghost paper bread. I left the store after the guy said I had to pay for 2 subs, in order to to use the ghost pepper bread.

A few days ago, I was at another shop over on the East side of Portland. As soon as I got in, they offered me the ghost pepper bread with no hesitation, and no extra charge.

Please, train your employees on how to use specialty breads for other sandwiches! Nobody should be charged double, for a different bread type. These modern Subway prices are already ridiculous enough as it is.

The lady working there was rude and unhelpful. They refused to take coupons that were not expired. They had no plastic knife for cutting my salad. They had no ranch for the salad and gave no warning ahead of time. This was the worst service I have ever had at a subway and will not return to this location.
